      Don’t waste your time, review their other reviews.
      I had a woman call me who I had a very hard time understanding. She had a very difficult time asking me questions then the phone got disconnected. She called me back to tell me that Morgan and Morgan can’t take my case. I said why you have no idea what my case is even about she said that’s what they told her, this is the professionalism that you are getting with calling Morgan and Morgan. There are other reputable lawyers out there. They advertise that they are for the people which proved to be wrong in my case.

      I have never talked badly about people who advertise about helping people in time of need. I am speaking about my personal case. Everything John Morgan claims on his commercials is a LIE AND Falsely STATED on a case of $300,000 or less. I have been talked down and sassed many times from my attorney and co workers, even the receptionist. No effort was put on my case due to several million dollar cases my attorney has worked on over the past 5 years and 6 months. A deposition was not taken in a timely manner over 2 years, and the person died, delaying my case longer and in which could have altered the amount of settlement. 5 years and 7 months later, I'm still fighting to get my money because there is now several discrepancies on my itemized deduction statement. As far as I can see I am a nobody and it clearly shows.

      My case was extremely complicated, I had years of surgery along with a complicated previous medical issues. I was impressed with my case manager Vicky and my lawyer Jeanette always being on top of my case. When ever I asked about something going on with my case they had the answers for me. In the end, They won my case. My lawyer was able to negotiate my medical bills further down pitting thousands more in my pocket. With that being said , I walked away with more money than I thought I would , my medical bills are paid in full. They even helped me to set up a special trust with another company. I walked away with my bills paid and with more then I thought I would have, what more can I say!!!

      Very irresponsible. Took my case then notified all medical party’s involved . Then decide to drop my case and have not notified the medical party’s and my attorney can’t speak to them until they do. They are causing me a big delay in my case. I am glad they dropped my case. Wouldn’t want them on any case. They have caused me great problems.

      Recently contacted Morgan & Morgan about a case, spoke to a young lady on the phone who took my personal info then put me on hold came back asked me a few questions about my case put me on hold again. Finally she came back on the phone to tell me they couldn't take my case and I asked her why and she told me that's what she was told. Then she said that maybe another department might be able to help she transferred me over and the same process started again with the personal questions and eventually declining to take the case. So much for people should be for certain people.

      I had shoulder replacement surgery and came out of it with such a hoarse voice many people can’t hear me. This was 6 months ago with no improvement. M & M would not take my case.

      ZERO STARS for this fraudulent law firm that masquerade as saviors in satan’s clothing for knowingly withholding over $100k from my very serious personal injury case that broke my spine and caused me a permanent spinal-brain disease disability for that which I can’t even claim as my attorneys had TWO YEARS to inform me that my MRI proved I had a permanent spinal-brain disease and got away scot-free from doing any actual work on my case. I learned all of my unpaid medical bills accrued which they chose NOT to pay, destroyed my once thriving credit score and left me bankrupt.
      This law firm is in grave need of having certain lawyers employed by this firm forever disbarred for their insidious legal malpractice. My case has since been sent to The Florida Bar Association in regard to their criminal handiwork with a prosecutor in the batting cage lined-up to take them down. This firm is comprised of slithering snakes that will leave you broken, bankrupt and alone, having to live in a homeless shelter exactly as they did to me.
      DO NOT TRUST these self-proclaimed braggadocio BILLIONAIRES that state in their sophomoric billboard-TV-radio campaigns strewn all across America: “SIZE MATTERS” - They claim that they’re “FOR THE PEOPLE” They’re the antithesis of truth and justice!
      They’re all for stuffing their own money-hungry pockets of greed that belongs to their clients. Take a look at all of their 5-star reviews they’ve boasted on their website. Those are outright lies likely paid for by an advertising firm as there’s no way in hell anyone would write such sophomoric one-liners in their 5-star reviews.
      It’s their deceptive attempt to hush the ‘noise’ of those who’ve they WRONGED.
      My experience with Morgan & Morgan was a living HELL. They dismissed my serious personal injury case that left me disabled from a car crash and did everything in their power to remind me that they are the TITANS that turn their noses at minions who’ve entrusted them with their life’s outcome. BEWARE.
