They have contradictory practices and my experience is they treat clients based on the size of the case. I have a case settled in March and the communication has been poor about my funds. I have gotten run around from Micheal ******* to Mathew snd zMarleny his assistants. I had to go to the office about my ignored calls and emails. I’m givien different information about closing my case paperwork and my last of money being held in trust was supposed to be given by July 24th, 10 days ago. The advertisement we hear about the firm is contrary to how my case has been handled. The firm is so big now and my small case that isn’t in millions, has been neglected. To sign off on my closing as was told to me on July 7th has been incomplete.and I had Togo to the office right after the conversation to get what was discussed that day straightened out. The deception and disregard for a client has been ignored dispute a number of messages for client experience who always has voice mail. People need to know that they may get neglected and have difficulty when their case isn’t paying millions. The advertisement isn’t represented in my experience as a client. I have attempted to contact their offices prior to this review Toni avail. Media needs to be informed too , a whistleblower report because no one deserves to believe in their “ for the people” misrepresentation as I have had to endure. I still haven’t received the amount of my money in trust that is due to me. I just want my closing statement and money I’m due. I’m Very disappointed !!!!!!! M . *******Morgan & Morgan

Morgan and Morgan. It's nothing more than a boiler room operation Churning Cases If they Sign 100 cases And win 50 of them, they're very well off. If you are in the 50s that they don't care about, you're very worse. Off I had a disability case with them. In Daytona Beach, Florida 5. Years ago, there was absolutely no contact. Went Through 4 different lawyers over 3 years. None of them were competent and on the day we went to court. I did all the talking and the foolish lawyer that they sent had no idea what he was even talking about. Stay away from this law firm. They are nothing More than a boiler room operation Churning Cases if you Sign 500 cases a month and you win 200 of them, then they are very well off. If you're on the losing end, you're not very well off, stay away.Morgan & Morgan

Would not recommend, these folks can't even return an email, let alone tell you anything about the case, got hit by an s.u.v a month ago, they just now got the police report, and all my guestions have gone un answered, this firm is too big to care about the little guys...Morgan & Morgan

Morgan and Morgan seem to be doing a good job. I’m just unclear on the time frame in my case. I’m suffering with severe anxiety and depression. The waste Incenerator in east Liverpool has been putting out the train derailment crap in my city that I’m only a mile away from. Get the job done pleaseMorgan & Morgan

Horrible experience do not go here I was told to go to an after care but before I went I asked if I would be charged for any of this I was told no I would not have gone to some stupid yoga class 3 times a week for an hour if I would have known they where going to drop my case and charge my insurance company and then make me pay the thousands of dollars in bills I really don’t feel I should have to pay these bills I almost died they gave up on my case so fast and it was not my fault please help me get these bills off of me I’m a young adult trying to live a normal life and this will ruin my credit and set me back in life more then the accident already has I called the paralegal on my closed case she said the bills where my problem my case was closed then never responded again after stating I was told I would not be chargedMorgan & Morgan

So I have been trying to figure out what is going on with this ******** lawsuit. No one can tell me the reason why my case is being turned down, but yet I keep getting voicemails that say I qualify. No one can tell me why the lawyers are turning down my case. So I have been told so many things from the statutes of limitations ran out (I don’t understand this if I just found out this month that something is going on with Gardasil), the lawyer want to send my case off but the number that they give is a dead end. I just want to know what I’m the world is going on and why I do not qualify if I received two does of ******** and have two autoimmune diseases.Morgan & Morgan

Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever dealt with. Morgan and Morgan pride themselves on being “ FOR THE PEOPLE” however I’m pretty sure Morgan and his family are unaware of the people they have working for them. This company is very unprofessional, dishonest and disrespectful. I went months with no communication. If it wasn’t for the client portal I would have not known the status of my case. When you call client experience you can never get anywhere. You have to literally stalk them in order to get a supervisor and even then they make you feel like you are bothering them. I’ve had to have several of my calls get escalated and still not a call back or email. My case manager was TERRIBLE. I would reach out to her for updates on my case and to update her on therapy and procedures that needed approval with no return calls. Even the doctors office tried to get in touch with her and it took forever for her to get back to them. I found out my case was settled from my client portal. I then called my case manager and the lawyer. Of course no answer. I received a text message from the case manager the next day. You think she or the lawyer would have some decency to give me a call back. A month went by with no communication. I called the case manager and had to literally stalk client experience yet again to finally get an update on closing bills..etc. Of course the case manager blamed another person for not doing her job. A month later I had to stalk client experience again for another update. This time the lawyer called me. Of course he gave me the run around until I started to unravel a lot of lies. My case was not only settled in April but the settlement check was sent at the same time and was cashed by the law firm. My lawyer of course at this time trying to cover his self but couldn’t. I had to go in person to complain and voice issues only for my lawyer to call me and be rude. Long story short they tried to keep the money and tell lies to keep the truth hidden.Morgan & Morgan

I do not know where to begin. It seems we have crooks among us without mask and guns they falsify or give you misleading information for the sole purpose of gaining residual income off of the client and what I mean by that is they get paid they’re 33.33% And on top of that as I said in the paragraph before mislead you so that they can have money your money in an escrow account gain and residual funds off of you. You can never get a hold of anyone 99% of the time when you do a fast talk to you , or try to tell you whatever it is to get you off of the phone no one will reach out to you in regards to your case so if you are a client that likes to be updated with your case you can forget about it this law firm is not about that they are about retaining money from you from your claims for themselves so that slogan should really be not for the people but for themselves terrible experience terrible. Terrible terrible I do not know how to stress or emphasize this anymore Betsy ***** not an ideal case manager anyone should have my opinion but the truth is we need to start supporting the smaller guys. The smaller law firms, the ones that are going to be genuine and true to you because they’re trying to get somewhere and stop wasting our time money, reliance, and trust on a for the people law firm, that is as big as the world, so just as if they can win a massive case for you. They can also reportedly make massive money off of you so we have to watch out for the big guys that claim to be for the little ones you have a stop to think why they stay so big because they step on the little people either way you decide Morgan and Morgan your choice highly recommend that you not.. we someone to start investigation this law firm and their actions someone that’s goin to see how legit they really are, and if they’re doing everything by the book and legit there’s a lot of ?????????????????? I was in a car accident and contacted m&m, I am nonverbal and my wife called them, they excepted my case and we was communicating by text and they wanted me to download their app to communicate on, I heard nothing from them for 4 days, the insurance offered me a settlement and I agree, Morgan and Morgan deleted my info of our communication and sent me a email that they would not except my case after they had already excepted it, just to keep me from getting the settlement, I have no proof because they deleted the info on the app.Morgan & Morgan
