      I think they need to change their commercials. I am a powerless person with about 10 others of us in this MHP. We are being held captive like prisoners from the owners the corporate bully. We have been lied to about titles saying it is going to take up to a year to get when I talked to someone at the DMV said it takes about 1 day. So, we are being held here because of the titles and that the owners don't want to pay the fee to get a new one for us. They would rather tell us lies that it is going to take 1 year to get so that they can collect rents from us until then which is about $10k to us which is alot of money. I went to Morgan and Morgan for help since they help the powerless like it says in the commercial. But we were turned away because Morgan and Morgan probably weren't going to make much money. So they probably wont help you out if there isn't much money in it for them. It is not about the powerless and helping to fight corporations. It is only about the money to them. But hey we are left to fight against this greedy corporation ourselves but if this was happening to any of them they would want representation. People can go out and kill animals and get representation. But me and the other home owners in here are being held hostage or prisoner from this company and nobody will help us fight.

      Please don't go here. It took 2 years of no communication, then they settled and I did not even end up with 30% of it. My medical bills were very low, so this seems very crooked. (They got 40%.) How should the attorney get MORE than the client. They were not 'for' me, the people they must be for us themselves. I would not have bothered with any of this had I known the outcome.

      I tried contact by email with no response, calling on the phone was pointless as you guys just eat up my time for no good reason. you guys dropped the ball and now no other attorneys offices will take the case as you guys have it that botched up.
      you guys really let me down, so a 1 star review is in order.

      This is the worst experience of my life. My case was settled one month and six months later I didnt have a check and when the check signature arrived. This firm took almost one half of the money. So that’s a beautiful story he tells on television. For my next case I’m hiring anyone out of college.

      Hard to get in contact with ANYONE! They changed my case manager, lawyer, and legal assistant without notifying me in the middle of negotiations. They are not what they claim to be.

      Warning do not use these people!!! I called them 2 days after my incident. The first team lost all evidence and didn't tell me anything that was going on. Just got a call that they are now dropping me bc it's 2 years later and they lost my evidence. Thats literally what the man said. He proceeded to tell me that they were going to drop my case. Bc the first team tried to settle. I Didnt have a clue that is what was going on. I told him what has been going on and what all has been said and he had the nerve to straight up call me a liar. So at their fault now im advised to get other counsel. These people do not communicate with each other then will leave you high and dry if they cant line their pockets. Of course there's not enough room to put every detail in this little paragraph. So I'd rather lose my settlement just to tell how unprofessional and how rude and money hungry these supposedly team of lawyers are. And what I've been through the past 2 years with these people. I have continued problems with what happened to me and was advised not to go to the doctor not to take anymore pictures and not to do anything further that they have everything they need. So now 2 years later I'm getting dropped bc of no further treatment and no evidence. And told them what I was advised and got called a liar. Literally called me a liar. Just be warned. I hope this helps someone in the future not to get done the way they treated me. Just bc my case wasn't millions they didn't care, didn't want to help me and left me owing thousands. Even though the hole time everyone I spoke to assured me that everything was OK. I didn't even know that a settlement was offered. It's not even going to pay my medical bills but I'd rather lose that and put this on here just to warn people about them

      The lawyer's are intelligent and able to win a case but after the case settles, you are no longer important and there is no response or correspondence when you reach out. They have a compliant line which they are required to call you back or respond within 72 hours. It has now been one month and have never received a call back or email on the case. Received delinquency letters from CMS and threats to be sent to collections and it took three weeks for them to tell me to "ignore" and it didn't matter, CMS knew they were working on the case. Why should I trust that you are handling when it takes three weeks to respond to my multiple phone calls and emails. Not how you run a business, nor treat people when you claim to be "for the people". I wish I could sue them for negligence.
