      Morgan & Morgan is not for the people. 10 years ago I hired Morgan &Morgan to represent me,and it was the worst experience, no contact for months and months, until I call them, and after waiting for a response I have to talk to different Paralegals, after all was said and done "After 10 years" later, case was won, Morgan &Morgan got their money I haven't received anything. It was like I didn't matter to them. For the people, is just a BS slogan. I would not refer Morgan & Morgan to no 1 ever.

      I would never recommend Morgan & Morgan even to my worst enemy. Lack of communication and lack of understanding. They sont me to a chiropractor. Chiropractor sont me for mri. I was deemed totally disabled. Lost my job, lost my place to live???? Now I am currently homeless sleeping in my vehicle. My calls and messages go unanswered. All of this is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
      NO STARS!!!!

      Had ssdi claim with them and my case manager did not work for them anymore and I was not notified my time ran out and I had no claim anymore, no communication.

      They have been my attorney for almost 3yrs. It's always impossible to get them to respond to call or answer any! They received part of the settlement took their portion but put the rest in an escrow account wich is gathering interest that they will keep. So they get extra$$ on top of the percentage they already took. This entire experience has not been all that great .

      They hung me out to dry. Horrible. Do not recommend. They are NOT for the people. At least they weren't for me. So very dissatisfied and disappointed with everything about my case.

      I called Morgan and Morgan back in July 23, 2022. However now that the case has settled, and all checks have been in since March 2023 ,I can’t seem to have someone contact me about getting my funds. I’ve made several attempts to reach out, phone calls and emails .All I seem to get is the runaround from the customer care experience. No one seems to have a clue as to how to contact the attorney that was signed to me ,which I’ve never spoken with. I wish this review that I am writing was different…

      Awful customer experience. No communication at all. They promise but they do not deliver. Awful very disappointed waisted few weeks of my time after car accident I should read reviews before being engaged. Never ever again I will have deal with Morgan and Morgan I am going to pull my case out asap and go to another attorney. I will tell everyone I know how Awful they are. Bunch of losers.

      I would like to personally thank Stephanie Johnson for representing me in my auto-accident case. I really don’t think I could have gotten through these past 8 months without her expertise, kindness, and compassion towards helping others. She always kept me informed about the advancements in my case, and I never received one bill personally, as she made sure to handle all of my financial obligations to make this a very easy process. I ended up moving out of state after my accident, and Stephanie was quick to help me find doctors that would help me up here, which was so great. I am so pleased that I chose to have my legal situation handled by Morgan and Morgan, as Stephanie is an excellent contribution to the company, and I am so pleased with the outcome of my case.

      I will definitely refer any family member or friend in need to Morgan and Morgan in the future.

      It's not what I think it's what I know to be facts. I got ahold of Morgan and Morgan. On a Monday. At the end of my ph. Call I was feeling like everything was going to be fine. Only need to receive one call from ss office in The next day or two . An that was the last thing I had to do.. then all I needed to do was let them take care of the rest.. but I have never received that call or text. All I have gotten is no less than two calls a day just to be asked who I was. Then they say I see you have called before. An I say yes I had called it was yesterday an then I get transferred to another person who doesn't have a clue that I have done an signed everything I had to already. I have been getting the same calls just different people more than twice a day for a week now.. it seems that nobody has a way to put a notation in a computer that I have finished with these things. Or they don't have any way to know what is going on from place to place. Or this is a way to get rid of people that they have decided they don't want to take the Case after they did take me as a client.. if I get so frustrated I don't want them to do anything for me and get some other firm.. then they can still say on tv that they take anyone's case. They are for the little guy. .. an just to be clear. On tv john Morgan says that he got a message from someone who says you probably won't take my case I'm a nobody.. he says. I called that mad right back immediately to let him know he was a somebody. Well I can not find any way to talk with anyone that can help me. It's just the call center I can get on the phone. It doesn't matter what number or text I just get the same thing an I don't know if I should call another firm an get them involved .,. So to make a long story end. A week ago I thought I could relax and not stress. An now I have wasted time. And now have to start over. It's made me stress Even more .. an cause me to have another stroke. Now things are harder for me. Thanks Morgan and Morgan
