      Very incompetent! Complete waste of time. Had a case with M&M. My case manager, Amy ****** told me the insurance company of the other driver was Accord. I tried contacting Accord and found out on day 1, Accord is not an insurance company. They are an agent for insurance companies. I explained this to Mrs ****** several times verbally, via text and email on a DAILY basis. I explained to Amy ****** repeatedly, I needed help finding the insurance company do I could start a claim. Apparently that's my job, not hers (as she told me). I explained to Mrs. ****** over and over, I needed my truck fixed and a rental as soon as possible. She continued to ignore me and kept insisting Accord was the insurance Co. She gave me a # and told ME To call and make a claim. When you call the # Accord explains very clearly they are not an insurance company and do not handle claims! With this information, Mrs ****** still held steady that Accord is the name of the insurance company for 2 solid weeks. As you could imagine, after 2 weeks of this on a daily basis, I hit my boiling point, had a heated argument with Amy ****** and made a formal complaint with Morgan & Morgan, sending them all my emails and texts showing all of the nonsense between Mrs. Norrisand myself! The next day, my attorney who reached out to me for the 1st time in 2 weeks, called to tell me Morgan & Morgan would not handle my case because of the heated argument between Mrs. ****** and I! I asked him if he read all the emails and texts between Mrs. ****** and myself. He said he did but still could not continue with the case because of our argument! I said "so you are dropping me because your case manager is incompetent?" Needless to say, I called another law firm that figured out who the insurance company was and got the claim going the day I called them.

      They have been working on my disability reconsideration case for a year. I called April 11 2023 still waiting for a call back. I don't think they are helping me at all .

      The best darn law firm anywhere. Valarie Vorpagel is an amazing human being and is very kind, professional, friendly, and thoughtful. Definitely an asset to the firm.       I was involved in an auto accident on 1/14/2023. I hired Morgan and Morgan 2 days later. I was sent to the physician that Morgan and Morgan requested that I go to. After all of my treatments were completed and bills were sent over, the attorney Doug and his assistant Michael called and stated that Morgan and Morgan had received a check for me from the other insurance company for $25,000 at the end of March. I still have not received my portion of the settlement. No one has called me to pick up my check. I have had to call to get any updates. I do not think that this is fair that the Morgan and Morgan attorney's call to inform me that my overall check was with them but I have to call to get updates. I keep getting the run around as well as never receiving a call back in the time frame that was given to me. I've had to call and get my own updates. All I've been hearing for 2 months is that they are negotiating lower payments. I work in finance so I know that you go to the doctors that they choose because they have contracts for rates. Its not fair that nobody can tell me anything and that I get the run around. This is the last time I will ever use them and I will never refer them to anyone because of how things are going. I hate that I had to eave them 1 star, I wasn't trying to leave any.

      DO NOT RECOMMEND/SCAM COMPANY! I As many of the previous rating have said if I could not leave a star I would have done so. They claimed to be there for the people. Well that’s not the case at all. If is not a case where they can make money or boost their name they will not even consider the case. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran seeking representation and in less than 5 minutes they called me after going online to transfer me to another person to tell me we can’t help you but we can give you the Florida Bar attorney phone number. Pure trash, spending millions of dollars to attract clients who will eventually paid the price for crappy service. NOT FOR THE PEOPLE, NOT FOR THE LITTLE GUY, JUST FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR DEEP POCKETS!!!! Find someone else.

      If you have a cut and dry case where money is going to fall into your lap then this is the law firm for you.

      If you have a real case that requires real lawyers this is not where to look. These are the people that act like the lawyers you see played in roles in movies, but in real life if it requires work or backbone and that for the people crap.. forget it.

      I was rear ended at 60 mph, I was at an off ramp on I 55 South, I was at a standstill because of on going traffic problems getting of the exit which backs up for miles on the Outer road. Morgan and Morgan didn't bother looking into that at all, never went to investigate the accident sit, None of my airbags deployed, they wouldn't do anything about that either. I had to provide police reports and do most of all the work on my case. I'll end up with next to nothing and I can't get surgery that I need for broken disc in back and numerous other back neck and shoulder injuries.
      They received a check over 2 weeks ago, and I can't reach them or get any response by phone, email or messaging. I have proof of all this so do what you want but Morgan & Morgan will never hear from me up here in St Louis, Missouri where even the BBB didn't have them listen.
      This has been the biggest nightmare of my life
