      Two months ago I was struck by a car on my bicycle. I called Morgan and Morgan. COSTLY MISTAKE. After being led to believe we had a good case, and going to several doctors, MRIs, Xrays (per their advice) they told me two months later they weren't taking the case. Evidently the video from the scene (which they should have had very quickly) showed me not slowing to a stop (despite cross walk flashing lights being on) so they would no longer pursue my case as the insurance does not want to pay. Now I have prob 10-15K worth of medical bills I will be responsible for that they recommended. Their "expertise" should have led them to this conclusion (which I still don't agree with...I was struck by a car in a lit crosswalk area) well before I went through all these bills. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR LEGAL COUNSEL. BIGGER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. Had they done a good job in the beginning, they likely could have saved me thousands of dollars. But they drug it out, and cost ME money.

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. So what we found out is with a medical malpractice suit unless you’re dead, loss of limb, or doctor throws you out a window, Morgan and Morgan won’t even look at the case. So the ** that they’re for the little guys to and not just the big cases and that they care about the person, it’s a lie. It’s all about the money and if it’s an easy case to win. We will find an attorney.

      This "team" are the highest cost attornies!! They don't follow up in a reasonable amount of time. They are not for the people they are for the law firm. In fact John ******, the original lawyer who started the firm came close to being in trouble when he hit a police officer in his younger days! I think it only fair to warn the public that this particular Law Firm has a track record which is unmatchable in the business. Check out their reviews and you'll understand before you hire them.

      Great Experience with Morgan & Morgan.
      My obese 42-yr old son, with disabilities, had a bad fall at a local supermarket. He was hurt but did not go to the hospital, nor did he follow-up with doctors appointments or PT. A friend suggested he reach out to M & M. My son was pleasantly surprised by Michael ******, from Morgan & Morgan's Waltham location, representing him. Michael was responsive to my son's case from the start, returning calls in a timely manner and treated him with respect. Seven months later my son received a decent settlement. My son highly recommends Morgan & Morgan, Waltham, MA.

      Terrible customer service. They don’t return your calls regarding your case in a timely manner. You will not receive the settlement funds for months after case is resolved. No one will answer questions about your settlement until you complain to escalate your complaint against the company. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

      DO NOT RECOMMEND/SCAM COMPANY! I called Morgan and Morgan on 04/24/23 to request for their service on my car accident that happened on 04/18/23. I signed all the paperwork online and did not even get a copy of what I signed online. The next day 04/25/23 I read a lot of bad reviews for this company and decided that I do not want a company with so many bad reviews to represent me, so I called to have my services with them to be canceled. The representative that took the call told me that the account will be cancelled . I called again today 04/26/23 to confirm that my account was cancelled and the representative that picked up told me that he is not allowed to cancel the account that only managers are able to. I asked to speak to the manager and now no one is coming to the phone to speak to me. I sent an email to the assigned attorneys to let them now that I want my case close, that I don’t want to do business with them and I also left voice messages to the number provided by Morgan and Morgan or for the people as they say and they have not responded. This people did not even send me a copy of my signed documents for my records and the way they work is that if I close my case and someone else take over and wins a settlement they still get portion of my money. This is why I called them the very next day to cancel my contract so that does not happen but apparently they want the days to go by to then be able to claim the money without actually doing nothing. The representative that I spoke with today is Sergio with no last name or agent number and the manager’s name that was given to me was Jose *****. My assigned principal attorney was Liana and Jeremie as my case manager that I just spoke with and was very arrogant and barely let me speak and told me that he will not touch my case and that he is awaiting for approval to have the case close, that Morgan and Morgan is the #1 law firm in the country before hanging up.

      Had a case with m&m a second case was started and ended guick so the 1st was still valid the Dr's that i was seeing from them was sending treatment info from second accident not first i told dr office months ago to stop the second and focus on 1st case but didn't and case manager never paid attention to accident date on info sent so no they are dropping my case because ultimately the case manager failed to do job now im going to be homeless and my wife is leaving me so thanks i really do not recommend morgan and morgan

      I was strung along for weeks, and my atty Ben Kaufman and paralegal Isis Montes did not obtain any discovery. They only compared my type of case with prior judgments for my type of case and informed me that because my case was not an easy win they would not be filing on my behalf. I was given the run around and feel victimized by this law firm just as much as I am a victim of ****** ***** ********. Do not recommend at all. False advertising.
