      Ordered 2 steak and lobster dinners to eat at the park for a late anniversary dinner. Both steaks were supposed to be medium. Were dripping blood and could not be eaten without further cooking. Brocolli and Brussel sprouts barely half cooked. Totally missing baked potatoe. Salad was fine. Bisquits doughy. So disappointed. Would like refund.

      I had online order****************** for pickup but when we picked it up the food was bad and we were missing one item. We contacted guest relations describing what was wrong and were hoping to get a refund for the meal and we were assigned case******** and told that someone from the store's management would contact us by June 21, but we still haven't been contacted through phone or email, and we still don't have a refund for our order

      We have submitted a refund request for the order. Also, we will be sending a gift card, as a gesture of goodwill, to the guest to redeem on a future order.

      I received both the refund and gift card and consider this complaint resolved.
