Good morning... I have a few questions/complaints. I was dining at the **************** Location (*****************) on 3/21 around noon. First issue is that a mouse ran across my foot. The manager came over and apologized for the rodent and explain that an exterminator was just there. I can totally understand that things happen but even the window seals were full of crumbs. My next question is what is the price of lobster mac and cheese. I attempt to order it again at 2 different locations...in which both locations stated that it is only available with the lobster fest. We were charged ***** FOR A SIDE DISH !! Clearly a made up amount since it was not on the menu...and the waitress did not state that is was the price of a meal.Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC

I visited *** Lobster in *********, **. I ordered the Build your own Ultimate Feast with a cup of Lobster bisque soup. This is my favorite soup but my first time having it there. After the first taste, it was not what I expected. The look, *************** was awful. The manager approached the table & asked You looking for me? When I told her I did not like the soup, she shared I just remade it for another customer and it was on point actually. When the bill came, I was still charged for the soup that I did NOT like or eat. I spoke to another manager who stated per the rules, I am still expected to pay for the soup because it was made correctly. I explained again I did not eat the soup & should not be expected to pay for something I did not like or eat. The manager refused to remove the soup from my bill and her demeanor and attitude towards the situation was very unprofessional. What I thought was going to be a nice dinner turned into nightmare. This is the closest location to my home but I will never patronize an establishment that does not honor customer satisfaction.Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC

If you need to verify, ********************** location chattanooga ** today around 1:30-3pm 1. Ordered. 2. 30min later waitress came back asking if we wanted dessert or the check when we hadn't even got our food yet. Asked if we wanted more biscuits. 3. Never got more biscuits even after the 2nd time she offered after prematurely asking if we wanted our check.4. Food came, my ultimate feast- they didn't give me a cracker for my crab legs nor a shrimp fork....the entire time we were there. What I could break with my hands, I used my teeth to Crack since they hardly visited our table to check on us until service went bad.5. 2nd ultimate feast, steak ordered medium and it came out COMPLETELY raw inside and ice cold. (This was for a texas man who is used to eating rare steak but was too "blue", even for him.)6. 2nd was his shrimp linguine. Noodles were legit mush, like they just let them sit in the water since they opened for the day.7. They forgot his broccoli... 15min later delivered warned it was hot and the server guy just dropped it on the table and walked away without even asking us if everything else was OK.8. We wait and our waitress returns and says she will bring more drink that never happened.9. Manager walks by and asked us how things were. We were honest. My food was good and we advised about everything and told her we were only willing to pay what was ediable of his meal (mashed potato's, lobster, and fried shrimp). She acted like she didn't understand English or a word we said after repeating twice. Nor followed our directives for willingness to pay for worthy items.I thought about leaving cash for what have been fair for his portion of the meal, but if the waitress took it as a tip, her service was in no way worth that amount of money. So we paid what they billed, I left a $8.** tip and we left. We will never eat at that or any other red lobster location EVER again due to this experience.Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC

I visited Red Lobster in ******** SC on 10/25/2024. I used a $30 gift card towards my purchase. The waitress, ***** G told me that there was no money on the card. I verified that the money was there prior to using it. I visited RedLobster.coms website and it was confirmed that it was redeemed at Red Lobster on 10/25/2024 which is the day that I dined there. I showed her results that I obtained from the website. I spoke to the manager and general manager, Ms. ****** and Ms. ********** who first told me to wait 24 hours to see if the money would be restored. When it wasnt, I went back to Red Lobster on 10/26/24 and was told that I had to wait until Monday 10/28/24 in order for them to call their corporate offices. I called back on Tuesday, 10/29/24 and spoke with Ms. ********** (the manager) who told me she could not get the history and I should call the number on the back of the card to speak with a live person. I called the number and the only thing that I was able to do was get the balance of the gift card which was zero. I am sure that she knew that. Someone from that restaurant redeemed the gift card and pocketed the money and the managers are covering it up. I want an answer on what happened to the funds from my gift card.Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC

1 star********************** at **************************************, on August 3 I visited ***************************************** on August 3, 2024, for a 4:08 PM curbside pickup. Arriving at 4:10 PM, I called to notify them I was outside, but after waiting 25 minutes, no one came out. Another customer advised me to go inside as they were not bringing orders out.When I called again, ******** rudely told me that I had to come inside despite having my baby in the car. She refused to let me speak to a manager and put me on hold indefinitely. Forced to go inside, I requested a refund and to speak with a manager. ******** shouted about my call across the restaurant, and shift manager ******* did nothing to de-escalate. The store manager, ***************************, processed my refund but didnt inquire about my experience or apologize.This locations service was unprofessional and showed a lack of empathy for customers relying on curbside pickup, such as new mothers and disabled individuals. I urge management to address this issue seriously to prevent others from experiencing such treatment.I wouldve been able to receive corporate contact information. 1 starI went to the *********** to have a nice family dinner in ********. I have been coming to *********** for over 20 yrs and I never had a problem. Today I experienced the worst customer service with the Manager ******. It started when I wanted to order the shrimp pasta without the shrimp and add chicken because my husband is allergic to shrimp. He doesnt like the Cajun chicken ******* because its too spicy. The waiter stated it would be an extra $10. The manager approached the table with an attitude and very aggressive when we complained about the extra charge of $10. She even threatened to take away his plate at one point. On April 11th 2024, I took my wife to Red Lobster for her Birthday. 3 things occurred: 1) We both became sick within an hour after eating there. My stomach hurt and digestive system was not normal for a week. My said her stomach hurt afterwards too.2) We were promised that there wouldnt be an upcharge for the specific side item we ordered since it comes with the meal. That promised was unkept: an upcharge was added to the bill for the side item.3) The soup and food arrived cold. Maybe thats why became sick? Lastly, I took my wife to this location because the Red Lobster closer to use was temporarily shut down.Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC

1 starWe are a small business that services several ******** Red Lobster Restaurants for many years now. We have made several attempts to collect payment for services already completed and have been trying for months to get ahold of someone at the corporate office and get no return calls or emails. we have since had to stop going into the stores due to non payment and some of their equipment is now not working at the level it should so the stores are suffering due to lack of corporate responsibility. Went to Red Lobster to order take because nobody was picking up phone on 3/4/24 around 4pm. So when I got there I order my food . I had to wait 1 Hour and 15 mins for fettucine ******* and shrimp when I asked male mgr was told be out in few mins 45 mins later asked again and I mentioned people came in half hour after me were getting there food and I got a rude reply. Now on top of that food came with 4 shrimp and I ordered extra rolls never got them I use to love this place but will never step foot in there again or my family who live in winter have almost ************************** 8611.Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC
