      I placed an order on RED LOBSTER'S WEBSITE (NOT 3RD PARTY) @ 7pm ET and was told delivery would be @ 7:55pm ET. I ordered from the location (**************** Dublin, OH 43017 so, I called to just find out if delivery service they use (Doordash) had picked up my order (as it was well after 8pm) and the gentleman who answered phone did not help but asked if I wanted to speak w/Mgr. So, I said yes and manager name Kelly came to phone very aggressive, unprofessional and yes ignorant for NO REASON. Kelly kept trying to tell me about 3rd party vendors instead of saying let me check to see if they picked up the order (I even asked her to check but she was too busy being condescending and over talking me). I became upset, demanded refund as I had not used 3rd party website but Red Lobster's and know for a fact that Doordash would've not been able to refund me. Kelly is what's wrong with customer service, she handled a very calm situation which just involve inquiry about an order placed on Red Lobster's website very unprofessionally. I was not rude or disrespectful to any of the workers and treatment received was uncalled for. Another family member calmly tried to speak w/Kelly who still was aggressive and rude again for no reason. The call was recorded and needless to say, I will never do business with Red Lobster. I don't even eat seafood, I normally order cajun chicken pasta or steak but lately they can't even make that right. Also, I can go somewhere else. I do not want anything from corporate except to hire better people and/or train existing on customer service. If I could rate 0 stars I would have.

      Went to Red Lobster today in Spartanburg, SC and stood outside until 11:10 to be let in. Nobody ever came to let us in. The sign on the door/window and website had open at 11:00am. Restaurant outside was filthy with trash everywhere. We drove 35 mins to eat there and then our wait outside. Left angry and it just added to my dislike of Red LobsterÂ’s sorry service! You do not care about your customers and customer service matters NO more! You didnÂ’t have a problem letting in a person with StarBucks drinks and food. Guess thatÂ’s what matters to you and your staff! Just plain sorry! Btw, I do have a video and pics of not being open as stated. If you had issues, the decent thing to do was let us know... I will be filing a complaint with BBB because the way you operate your store is a disgrace when people drive 35 miles one way to eat your restaurant.

      My name is John ******, I am a disabled veteran, I live on a small disability check, and I save like 10 dollars a month so once a year I can go to red lobster, this time i was completly discriminated against, I have some ptsd issues, and brain trouble from going to Iraq, anyway i was really excited to finally get some red lobster again, and really long story short I was called ****************, that I should have my mom order, and that i was lying about even being a veteran, I am sure this would be big news if I was black and called the n word, but I do have a disability, and then I didn't even get my whole order, the resarount was in lynwood off of 196th I think, then my wife had to take a fairy to go get the food as I live on whidbey island, I got in touch with the district manager and she basically just blew me off, she did say they would refund me and I waited patiently but they never have, 350 dollars is a lot of money for us, but on top of that I have never been so disrespected in my life, especially on my favorite day of the year it ruined my year, you don't think I know I have problems, and then to have red lobster point it out to me, if I was jeff **** this would not have happened when they called me **************** they ment it, they were not joking it hurt my feelings, and then they only gave me half of our food, and that half was burnt and not eatable, indont know where to turn when a rich company abuses there powers and crushes a little guy like me, anyway I want to warn others who save up there money to eat there, it's not a big story but it is my whole world,
