    The Carroll Bradford roofing company replaced my roof 4 yrs. ago after Hurricane ******* decimated my area. The roof is now leaking like a sieve. It is still under warranty. All attempts at contacting Carroll Bradford company has been unsuccessful. No one answers the phone. I have left numerous voice mail messages to no avail. No one at Carroll Bradford answers them.

    Carroll Bradford Roofing installed a new roof at my residence in May, 2020. Per the contract, the installation included a 10-year warranty for labor and workmanship. In March, 2025, my roof started leaking in two places, and staining my ceiling. Since March 2025, I have made over 15 phone calls to their office and left multiple voicemails, none of which have been returned. I have also sent numerous emails, all of which were rejected or bounced back. Additionally, I visited the office in person and left a written letter when I found the door unlocked but no staff presentagain, I received no response. Lastly I sent a certified letter asking for their response to the warranty. They signed the certified delivery but did not call.I am now contacting other roofers as the leaks are getting worse and my quotes are around $2,000 to repair the roof. The companies stated that the Carroll Bradford roofers failed to use flashing where two roofs with different pitches meet. Additionally, there is an opening at the corner that has exposed wood also missing flashing which should have wrapped around the whole corner. I am requesting that Carroll Bradford Roofing make the necessary repairs as soon as possible in accordance with their warranty.

    I hired this company in October 2021 to replace my roof because we had a minor leak in the living room...this after having that roof since the house was built in 2001. Carroll Bradford approached a friend and neighbor, and he said, "If you do it, I will too, so they hopefully give us a discount, and they will take the insurance payment and deal with them to ensure it gets covered." Even though I knew this would raise my premium, I did it because I didn't want a small spot the size of an 8x10 page to become a major problem. Well, in 2024, we now have a huge leak and ceiling damage in my daughter's room, all the way on the OTHER side of the house where the original 8x10 leak was located. I tried reaching out to the agent who handled our account, ***** *******, and received no response. I finally brought in a small contractor who does handy work and he climbed up there to dfind that the adjoining section from the second floor bonus room to the main floor was missing flashings and caulking and was missing screws. They also placed the shingles OVER the cables for Internet, basically making it impossible for Spectrum to come and service the wires on the roof when needed. They also failed to install a downspout in the front, creating a clog in that corner. I have videos to share, but your system won't allow them; it says those files are too heavy. To say this is outrageous is an understatement, and it's clear from other comments that they do this and continue to get away with it. I even reached out to the company's CFO via ********, after calling the office over 17 times in months, and he has not responded. These guys need to be held accountable. By the way, I ran them through your website in 2021, and I didn't see anything that would concern me. No one answers their phone. I may take a ride to their office, and you may see this in the news because I'm not going to be nice if I find a person there! They are scoundrels who need to be held accountable.

    Thank you for your effort, BBB Team.  Reading all the messages on your site about this business, it's become clear they go around doing this to people and do it becuase they can get away with it.  I'm going to reach out to a local news station to see what they can do.  Thank you, again!!

    This company built the roof of my house at the end of 2020 (tile roof).In May 2023, two tiles moved and were seen pending from the roof's edge.I called Carroll Bradford, and they sent a tech.He said he had put the tiles back in place and sealed them. They had the audacity to charge me Usd 250, even though the roof should have been under warranty.Two weeks ago, I noticed that on the ceiling, under the area where the tech had work, there was a big leak that caused the paint to swell and deteriorate.I have been reaching out to Carroll Bradford for 2 weeks, but nobody ever answers or returns my calls.

    Faulty Roof They, the roofers, covered over a drainage flashing cover, and cause the our upstairs **************** to flood, and also it went thru the 2nd floor to downstairs, during Oct 2024 Hurricane ******* Weve called, left messages, emailed and no one has gotten back to us. We had to pay out-of-pocket for repairs and would like reimbursement. Also, When they put the roof on in 2023, the roofers also damaged our house gutters with the their ladders and would only come back out and banged out the gutters that they damaged and it looked awful.Our insurance deductible is high so we have to pay over $6000.00 out of pocket. Wed like reimbursement.

    Bradford installed a new roof on my house in 2018 with a 50 year warranty on the shingles and accessories and 10 warranty on the workmanship.Over 7 weeks ago we contacted the roofer and they give the job to a third party - we have made four appointments for the company to come look at the leaks and he never showed up and now will not return phone calls. Called Bradford twice in the last week and left messages and no one has returned our call.The leaks are getting worse - we need Bradford to fix the leaks for free as the warranty calls for.Thank you.

    In June 2023, Carroll Bradford was hired to replace my roof and skylights. Over the course of the project, the team performing the re-roof caused damage including holes in my ceilings and floors from dropped tools, broken stucco, and leaving some parts of the job unfinished (including exposed flashing and damaged drywall around the skylights).Much of their damage they repaired as cheaply as possible. They claimed as subcontractors, all of the damages were coming out of their pockets and that they would not be reimbursed by Carroll Bradford for the materials used to repair the damage they ********** such area of insufficiently repaired damage was to the fascia and soffit. During the repair of some stucco that they had damaged on one side of the house, they bent a fascia board and put a hole in the soffit. Rather than replacing either, they patched the hole with some compound and called it done. They did the same to another section of soffit that was damaged when installing a ******* June 2024, the compound they used to patch the soffit had deteriorated to a point where there was an exposed gap again. I contacted Carroll Bradford immediately to have the repair addressed under the 2-year labor warranty. For over a month, calls and emails went ignored before I finally looped in the founders, *** ***** and ******* *******, after the soffit damage was sustained due to Carroll Bradford's negligence and inaction. At this point, I finally received a call back stating that someone would be out on August 16.On August 15, I received a call that there was an opening and someone would be out that day. Nobody came.On August 16, nobody came.On August 19, I called and left a voicemail asking why nobody came. I received a call back stating that the issue was inclement weather (of which there was none at our address on 8/15 or 8/16) and that someone would be out at 4 PM. Again nobody came.I want the damaged soffits replaced under warranty as soon as possible.

    On August 11th, 2023 I had paid U$32,500.00 which is 50% of my new roof promissed by ****** Bradford Roofing. The company is not responding for the contract signed and 50% paid. The company is not responding the phone calls that I made to find out what is the status of my re-roofing. I had sent a final notice by certified mail and the owner is not responding. After almost 1 year trying to get my roof done, I do not trust this company. I need my money back.

    Roof was put on three years ago. There are issues with the roof discovered by solar company. Have reached out to Carroll Bradford roofing more than a dozen times with no response. Left multiple messages.

    We had Carroll Bradford roofing replace our roof about 5 yrs. This past year in Nov we noticed water and mold starting in our garage upon inspection we found that when they did the work the never sealed an area on the roof that has caused continuous water to leak in. Now it has shown up and I have mold growing there and in the roof. Very large mold spores are also ad ****** to the truss and ply wood. I have called the company many times speaking with ****** from the office who tells me there is a 2 year warranty and like I shared with her this was not done correctly upon installation. If it was I would not have a leak nor mold.She suggested I called GAF but they cover product only.I also was told to email the guy in charge and I did with no response from him.Now the leak is getting worse. I'm not asking for $$ back all im asking is for this company to make it right. Again if it was installed correctly the first time my family would not be dealing with this and now health issues from the black mold According to reviews that I have seen im not the first person to be ignored by Carroll Bradford roofing.Now I want this fixed and replaced.Thank you ***********

    I am sorry it had to come to this for us to explain our policy. Had this been an issue within our contractural warranty time period we would have sent someone out to handle this free per the terms of our agreement. As we always do. Since it is past our contractural warranty period, our policy is a $250 charge for us to schedule an inspection. I am certain ****** explained that if the leak can be repaired within that trip charge mobilization fee, we would certainly take care of any leak. If it was over the $250 we would write an estimate for approval and return and repair upon approval. We have been roofing for 15 years and this is our motto along with all of our fellow roofers, if the roof doesn't show visible signs of a leak within the first substantial rain, its not considered leaking. Unfortunately over time roofs leak and you may have to hire someone to do a repair. Unfortunately we are not in the business to do free repairs. I really hope you try to understand.
