    ****** Bradford reroofed my house several years ago. I have a written 25 year warranty on both material and workmanship. The roof shingles and flashing were not properly installed causing leaks and damage to my home. I've attempted numerous times to contact ****** Bradford. Of the 25 or 30 times only once has the phone been answered. No one has ever come to inspect the roof for damage. I was forced to hire another contractor to effect repairs. This has cost me thousands. I even left one message stating I'd file a complaint with the DBPr and file a law suit as well. Still no return call. I just filed a complaint with the **** and will proceed to litigation soon. I will likely file a complaint with the city building department too. Beware of this contractor for poor workmanship and failure to provide written contract warranty repairs.

    They have been completely unresponsive. They replaced my roof in 2022. Over the last two years, I've had to call them out a couple times to fix issues. Recently, I called them to fix a leak and hole that was discovered in my roof. It was just at the tail end of my warranty period; however, i bought the Silver Pledge warranty which add another 10 years. I have been chasing them now since August and they have been completely unresponsive!

    Carroll Bradford did an OUTSTANDING job with my roof! From the very first phone call dealing with their office staff, to working with the field rep and then their amazing crew, everything was perfect from start to finish. And my roof is somewhat unique - half of my house has a pitched roof and the other half has a flat roof, and they didn't miss a beat. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof - you will be happy you used them!

    There’s no better resource for referrals than family and friends and that is why I contacted Jason ****** at Carroll Bradford Roofing. With no knowledge of roofing materials and the re-roofing process, I needed someone who would walk me through step by step with how the process would work; both with Carroll Bradford Roofing and my insurance company.
    Jason did not disappoint. Jasons’ knowledge and experience was evident and I was confident I’d made the right choice. Jason was always professional yet personable and so easy to work with. He replied very quickly to my communications and kept me updated through the entire process. He was on site and on the roof at one point to insure the work was being completed as planned. My roof and the cleanup was completed in the time frame promised and I won’t hesitate to refer Jason and Carroll Bradford Roofing to others.

    We had a great experience with Eric **** and Carroll Bradford roofing. We had a number of questions and these were answered usually within minutes of sending an email. They were done in 2 days, cleaned up everything, and the final product was perfect. They also contracted to have our gutters done, which was also very professional. They are a highly professional group and we would highly recommend them.

    Brenda called and let him know we received his BBB review and we are sorry he was not able to get through. however, he is out of CB warranty but he has GAF silver and needs to file a claim with them.

    Our experience with Carroll Bradford Roofing was entirely through Jason Milton. He made it seamless. His knowledge and experience made us feel very comfortable and reassured through all our communication with him. He remained totally professional and courteous throughout the process. He was always available to answer/resolve any issues or concerns we had.

    Also, the availability of Carroll Bradford Company to replace the roof in a timely manner, was impressive. The entire process was completed in a satisfactory and professional manner.

    It was a pleasure to work with Jason.

    The work on my roof was installed in such organized and efficient manner.
    The installers arrived on time and finished in one day.

    We had multiple issues with Carroll Bradford Roofing when they re-roofed our house. The biggest issue was that they forgot to put two vents on the new roof. Then when they discovered their error, they still made us pay a different company to show them where they needed to put the two missing vents. If that was not the end of it, the warranty roofer still didn't want to put the missing vents because the dryer vent technician only marked the roof where the dryer vent should go. I had to threaten the guy that I would go to the roof with him to find the second vent that was only a couple feet away from the dryer vent! Then he finally got the motivation to do it himself. I gave the warranty roofer clear instructions how to install the dryer vent correctly according to the dryer vent technician's instructions to avoid future issues. Guess what?! He didn't!!! Just to discover several months later that our dryer again wasn't working because he didn't install the dryer vent on the roof correctly.
    That's not the end of our problems. During this whole ordeal of calling the warranty roofer several times to take care of this issue, he discovered other issues that the roofers failed to do. We were promised multiple times that they would come back and fix it. 8 months have passed by, and they still haven't done it and of course will not return our calls. Do not waste your money for such poor service.
