      Holiday Inn Club Vacations is the worst type of company. They really sell you at their presentations, but buyer beware! We had friends who had to stop paying Holiday Inn, and they were allowed to sign back their ownership through notarizing and signing some paperwork. I mentioned this, and suddenly, I was accused of working with a third party. They will give any excuse to not let me out. We havent paid them since 2018, and they still wont let go! Ridiculous!

      I truly hope someone reading this considers NEVER doing business with Holiday Inn Club Vacations. This has been a complete nightmare ever since they deceived me into this unethical sham. Do not listen to a word any of their employees tell you. Never sign a single thing they want you to. They will not let me leave. This is awful!

      Holiday Inn Club Vacations misrepresented a sale of vacation points and said the annual maintenance fee would decrease upon purchase of additional points. Our annual fees are now increased to $2300. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They have offered no reconciliation to our complaint.

      Doing business with Holiday Inn Club Vacations has been the worst experience! They tricked us into this contract, and now they are never going to let us go. The service is terrible and not even worth what they try and charge. We just want them to let us leave!

      Dealing with Holiday Inn is frustrating. Their contracts are restrictive and make it hard to move on when thats all you want. Its unacceptable to feel stuck and ignored when all youre asking for is fairness. Your time and money should go to a company that values its customers. Based on my experience, I dont recommend them and urge others to look elsewhere.

      **************** is awful. We have confronted them about being lied to by the salesmen and they have made it clear they dont care and will not help. Their only suggestion is that we should pay them more money and then we can possibly cancel it. Weve already wasted thousands of dollars. To throw even more money at this to maybe have them close the account is asinine. They told us we could rent out our week during the off year we were not using it, which was a complete lie. It is actually off limits on off years. It hasnt been used in almost 15 years and that was not at a Holiday Inn Resort at all, we had to pay more fees to exchange for somewhere else because Holiday ******** was completely unavailable. The team of sales people at our table not only refused to go away when we said we werent interested, but they tricked us into this with the promise of rental income and the idea that this would be an investment. Now they think we should pay them more when they clearly did us wrong.

      Our experience with Holiday Inn Club Vacations timeshare has been deeply disappointing and deserves the lowest rating possible on the BBB. What was promised as a 45-minute presentation in ********* turned into a 5-hour high-pressure sales ordeal where they held our driver's licenses and wouldn't let us leave until we purchased.The sales representative made multiple false promises about vacation locations (******, ************************) and pet policies. After two years of payments, we've discovered that most promised locations don't exist in their network, and our points aren't sufficient for the vacations we were promised. They also falsely claimed our dogs could stay at their properties, when in fact only service animals are allowed. These are just some of the things they have lied about. UNACCEPTABLE!!Save yourself the trouble and avoid their timeshare presentations. The product was completely misrepresented, and their sales tactics were manipulative and unethical. We're currently seeking contract cancellation due to these fraudulent practices so save yourself the trouble and do not give them your business.

      Absolutely horrible company. Terrible customer service. Always reaching into your wallet for more money every time you turn around. Do not fall for the sales pitch. Worst financial mistake of my life purchasing my vacation package from this company.

      . Im writing this to share my deep dissatisfaction with my Holiday Inn Timeshare experience, which has caused significant financial and emotional stress. I purchased the timeshare during my honeymoon, lured by promises of free perks like breakfast and attraction tickets. What started as an exciting moment quickly turned into hours of high-pressure sales tactics and misleading information. Multiple salespeople pushed the idea of this being a once-in-a-lifetime investment for future family vacations, playing on emotions to pressure me into a decision I didnt fully understand. Since then, Ive been filled with regret. During one stay at a ************* resort, I arrived to find an ant infestation in the kitchenan embarrassing and disheartening experience, especially when a friend later complained about the poor conditions. On top of that, the escalating maintenance fees have become unbearable. I was never properly informed about how drastically these fees could increase, and now the financial strain is overwhelming, especially as I approach retirement. The idea of passing this burden onto my family only adds to my distress. The pandemic made things worse. Concerns about cleanliness left me hesitant to use the timeshare, and I turned to alternatives like ******, which offer more flexibility, transparency, and peace of mind without the long-term commitment. What I thought would be a joyful investment has turned into a financial and emotional drain. My experience with Holiday Inn Timeshare has been overwhelmingly negative, and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

      My wife and I purchased ******* Orange Lake Trust points with Holiday Inn Club Vacations on June 4th, 2023 while on vacation in ********. We attended a sales presentation during which Holiday Inns salespeople misled us about the details of the membership. They assured us that ******* points would be more than enough to book at any resort we wanted, whenever we wanted, for whatever length of time we needed. They showed us a luxurious 4-bedroom condo and said wed be able to book something similar easily. We are now a year and a half into this ownership, and it has become clear that they were lying. We have tried over and over, but we never have enough points for anything. We cant even book a one-bedroom in the middle of nowhere in an off season. Once we succeeded in booking a two-bedroom, but we had to borrow points from the following year to have enough. We recall that their salespeople showed us a booklet listing each resort and the number of points needed to book each one. Looking back, its clear that the book was just a fake prop. The numbers they showed us do not match the numbers on their website at all. The result of this scam is that we are on the hook for $260 a month to pay off a $16,000 loan, and thats not even counting the $5000 down payment, plus about $1000 for annual maintenance fees. They have charged us a substantial amount of money for a service we thought would enable us to flexibly vacation for years to come. Instead, we may as well be setting that money on fire. We emailed them this month and ended up speaking with a member services representative, but she did not care and would not help us cancel. This company is a scam, and we want our money back.
