      I was **** and fell for the Holiday Inn lies. We received a cold call for a free trip to their Orange Lake property in *******. It was the biggest mistake of my life allowing these people to manipulate me into purchasing a membership with them. The sales meeting convinced me that this would be a great opportunity to make some extra cash when in reality its burning a hole in my pocket. The sales team really guilts you into staying when you tell them no several times. They dont take no for an answer and tell you something to make you feel bad for denying their offer. Unfortunately, I was suckered into buying a timeshare with them based on lies and manipulation. My biggest regret is allowing the sales team to have me sign the contract without reading in detail the fees and extra charges. Im telling you these people are so good at skipping this sort of information until you realize its too late for you to do anything about it. Do not allow their workers to sucker you into a timeshare. Fees are outrageous and they say their members are priority when booking reservations but there is nothing ever available when you want it. This company is fraud, and they should be shut down. Dont even give them an ear and avoid them entirely. Its much cheaper to save and travel rather than pay an outrageous amount of money for something that you cant even use when desired.

      The quality of the resorts just wasnt worth the the outrageous contract we got ourselves into. They will just keep trying to get you to upgrade and spend more and more money. They will not let you leave! This is a total nightmare.

      I paid my loan in full with Holiday Inn Club Vacations. They still refuse to let me go. They tricked me into the worst contract I have ever had the misfortune of being involved in. They simply refuse to let us go. I will not stop speaking out about this company until they do the right thing and set me free

      Working with this company has been an incredibly frustrating experience. We feel misled into signing a contract that now feels impossible to get out of. The service they provide falls far short of expectations and certainly isnt worth the price they demand. Were simply asking for the freedom to move on, but it feels like theyre holding us back at every turn. This situation has been both disappointing and exhausting, and all we want is a fair resolution.

      Doing business with Holiday Inn Club Vacations has been the worst experience! They tricked us into this contract, and now they are never going to let us go. The service is terrible and not even worth what they try and charge. We just want them to let us leave!

      Our experience with Holiday ******** Vacation has been a nightmare! We thought we bought something specific, just to find out that it costs more than what we were told. The true cost of this program was severely misrepresented. It took us months to realize we were being charged three separate payments each month. The program is far from financially feasible. Additionally, the full scope of the costs involved was never clearly disclosed. We were subjected to intense and coercive sales tactics at their resort in **********, *******. We spent several hours with various sales representatives, during which we were led to believe that signing the agreement would grant us priority booking. 4 hours to be exact and with no food offered. The program has proven to be anything but convenient. The vacation package has failed to deliver on the promises made to us, and the high-pressure sales tactics, coupled with the intentional omission of key information regarding the true costs. It is disheartening that this company targets older individuals.

      Dealing with Holiday Inn Club Vacations has been one of the most frustrating experiences Ive ever faced. My mother, who is battling cancer and other serious health issues, has been trying to cancel her timeshare ownership for quite some time. The company initially sent her a Deed in **** offer to take back ownership, which we promptly signed and returned. Now, theyre claiming shes not eligible?My mother has far more pressing concerns than dealing with this situation, especially since we fulfilled all the necessary steps on our end. This matter should have been resolved by now, but instead, were met with constant delays and unhelpful responses. The lack of urgency and compassion is unacceptable.This issue needs immediate attention, as it has already dragged on far too long. Its time for Holiday Inn Club Vacations to step up and resolve this matter once and for all.

      I started Holiday Inn Deed back program October 18, 2024 by calling Holiday Inn, then getting transferred to the horizons deed back department. I was told there was a $1200 processing fee for the process which I paid that day, and I was emailed the steps in the process the same day. So I felt so far so good. Not the case. After that initial email I have never received any further communication from Holiday Inn Deed back horizons program. Today is January 10, 2025. Ive tried calling but was not able to reach anyone who could answer me as to where we were on the process. Ive sent two emails, never heard a response from Holiday Inn Horizons deed back. If I could give zero stars I would. I think I have been scammed out of $1200 by Holiday Inn. Shame on you Holiday Inn.

      Despite upgrading our timeshare three times, it has remained frustratingly difficult to use. The handful of times we managed to use it, the resorts condition was appalling. We found ***** matter on the bed sheets. During a bad rainstorm, the master bedroom window leaked and soaked the carpet until small puddles formed. Maintenance would only put a small fan on the floor throughout the weekend to address the leak and did not actually fix the window. A smoke detector started blaring, and there wasnt a way to turn it off. We had to smother it with blankets. The resort staff eventually took it away but did not replace it with another smoke detector. Our toaster also caught fire and had to be replaced. Despite all these issues the sheer difficulty of booking anything and the horrendous accommodations the few times weve been able to book Holiday Inn continues to take thousands of dollars for us. Our annual fees are over $3000, to say nothing of all the money weve paid to buy each upgrade. We have spoken with Holiday Inn, and it seems our only option to end services is foreclosure. That is the kind of company this is. If you are reading this and considering joining their program, take our advice and stay far away.

      My friend and I have owned a Holiday Inn timeshare for just over six years. The salespeople said it would open up a world of vacations for us, but it is nearly impossible to use. Every time we call to book something, we get the runaround. The sales **** said our points could be used to make hotel stays free, but when we tried, there were still hidden fees they didnt mention. And they falsely promised that our annual maintenance fees would be locked in, but our fees have steadily increased every year. This is a broken mess of a membership, and there is no way to cancel. To anyone reading this, do NOT agree to sign one of their contracts. If you attend a presentation, do not believe a word the salespeople say.
