      I placed a 350$ Mega Drop Shop order in August and never got a tracking number or received the order. I’ve tried to email but the inbox is no longer monitored. I used BoxyBot and was told I’d have someone contact me within 24 hours and they never did. I was refunded 25 dollars even though I didn’t request one and that was not nearly the full price I paid. They don’t have an email address or phone number available you can contact either. I have been subscribed for years and will never patronize this company again. Please get another beauty subscription, the quality of Boxycharm has only gotten worse with time.

      Since ipsy took over boxycharm it is repeat items I got literally 3 years ago and cheap filler items. I just don't think they are worth the money anymore. Especially since they keep raising the prices but the quality keeps going waaay down. Some of the prices they put on the items are not accurate making the box value seem more expensive than it actually is. In their drop shop they will let you pay for an item and then weeks later tell you this sold out and they can't fulfill the order WHILE they continue ue to sell it in the drop shop. Seems iffy to me.

      I was sent a box that was two years old... While everyone else got fresh new products I got a two year old box with broken products...That they said they couldn't replace . And no free gift as promised... I emailed... I messaged... and when ai finally got a response I got a 6 dollar credit on a thirty dollar box... What a *** *** ..

      I received a damaged product. I immediately notified them and sent picture.I have since sent in 2 additional pictures of damaged tube, the bottom seam was open.2 months later I'm still looking for resolve. I don't beleive they value my business or concerns.

      Cancellation is a nightmare, in my opinion IPSY is borderline criminal. No phone number to call for support. So I tried to stop it the hard way and changed my credit card, but no, they found a way still to charge me with my new card. I finally think I was able to cancel - hopefully. The way the cancellation works, is very misleading, one has to push a link, which is just some red text, right underneath a big button (the button suspends the membership for 3 months). Pushing the link sends out an email, then you have to press a link in this email. This way of cancellation is way to complicated, and very misleading. In summary, the email cancellation shenanigans, and especially the way they still found a way to charge me, despite changing my credit card, leaves me with no other conclusion that this is a CRIMINAL BUSINESS.

      NO STARS! I canceled my membership 3 months ago. Clicked on the link they send you to "confirm" your cancellation. Low and behold, September 1 I have money withdrawn from my account! Why are they taking money when I fully cancelled 3 months ago?!?! Their customer service is non-existant! No phone number, no email no nothing! Now I had to cancel again! The other problem is, we moved last month, there is NO WHERE ON YOUR PROFILE TO CHANGE YOUR ADDEEDS!!! Besides BoxyCharm, ************************** in the ****** IPSY, if you take money again from my account I will contact an attorney!

      I'd like to give no stars at all. I paid for my first glam bag on 7/16/2022 for the August **** Bag. I was supposed to get it by 8/15/2022. End of August I emailed and was told I would have it on 9/1/2022. End of August they took another payment from me for the September **** Bag. I haven't received August's **** bag yet and have been told I won't receive it until 9/9/2022. So I've paid $65 for two glam bags and haven't received anything! This is the worst company and customer service. Don't waste your money or your time with them. Get another beauty subscription some place else!

      The products where fantastic in the early stages of delivery then some of the products became not very good. But I over looked the couple of items that weren't very good because the rest were wonderful then IPSY came up with something new I was paying $30 a month for a regular standard shipment but I was sent an e-mail saying that i could a new shipment with much better products for $60 every 3 months and they would discontinue the $30 a month one it sounded good so I agreed. And I was good, but they never stopped taking out the $30 bucks and they kept sending the monthly beauty bag so I just shared it with my sisters. I have been with IPSY for over 2 years but several months ago everything went down hill all of the products in both bags became inferior so that was just too much to be paying for items that were no longer beneficial to me. So I contacted IPSY through E-mail to cancel my subscription for their products they informed me that I had to $37 in order to cancel and I don't feel I should have to pay anything to cancel products that have become inferior.

      I don't take back a word I wrote I left out a couple of words in my original post but the bottom line is that IPSY wants to charge me $37 bucks to cancel a subscription that no longer is offering quality products as they said. End of story.
