      Never received my first glam bag after paying for a membership. Kept getting numerous emails asking me to upgrade or choose add-ons while being told my bag was in process of being shipped. I cancelled my subscription through website but it was difficult. I am still not sure if I will not be charged as they wouldn't allow me to delete my credit card information. This is a a bad user/customer experience at best and a scam at worst.

      I have been trying to cancel my account for 2 months. With no resolution. On the website it gives me the option to cancel but doesnt go through. It shouldnt be this hard to cancel

      I keep receiving packages from IPSY for someone who does not live at my address, this has been going on for months now and I cannot get ahold of anyone to have the packages picked up for return and to stop having them sent to me. The person they are being sent to has not lived at my address for over 4 years and there is no way to contact the company to easily resolve the issue. This is getting ridiculous, there is no phone number or direct email, the "Glam BOT" just says a ticket has been opened for me but required no login (because I don't have an account) nor does it ask for my email address to receive a response.

      Not even a one star! There is no customer service and they are taking two subscriptions out of my bank and I have asked for it to be STOPPED and get no response. Im not sure how they can do this legally. Do not sign up!

      I have canceled my Ipsy subscription, received the confirmation email and clicked to confirm cancellation but yet Ive been charged twice more. Is this a scam they are pulling?

      I used to really LOVE getting my boxys every month. Lately they have been duplicating stuff. I have so much of the same makeup and serums because they aren't changing it up. Very very disappointed with this month's box. Hopefully I don't have as much trouble as everyone else on here with canceling.....I want new stuff, so I'm taking my business elsewhere.
