      I purchased a Martelli cutting workstation at the International Quilt show in Houston, Texas in November 2022. While using the table in June, the motor completely blew. It sparked, and blew the breaker in my home. I contacted the company by phone on June 26th and was told that they would get back to me. I have never received a call to resolve the issue. I contacted Martelli Enterprises on July 27th via Facebook Messenger and received an automated response that I would hear back within 24 hours. I never heard back. I contacted Martelli Enterprises again by phone on August 1st. I was told that I would hear something no later than August 2nd. It is now August 4th, and still there is no response. Although I loved my table when it was working, it's completely useless without a working motor.

      I took my embroidery machine in to be fixed in September. Called the store and was told waiting for a part. In the last week called and left a message for the technician to call me back he did not return the call. Tried on several times to contact te store no one answers phone just ring and ring and ring. No answer I would like to file a complaint against this company for not contacting me about my machine
