      I talked to Manager ************************* in regards to an accident over the highway from their company truck. ***** claimed he would give me the insurance information soon and then completely ghosted me. *** been calling their office and his number but no one is able to direct me to him and offer no help with this situation.I was driving in the highway where something huge out of this companys truck hit my car. The noticeable physical damages were the headlight, bumper, and bumper side grille. Underneath my car , there is squeaking that has occurred after the hit. I have to get an estimate from a mechanic to see what the costs would be and to see what the damages underneath my car are. It was on 495 before ******* at 4pm on September 12th. My car is a 2010 ***** Civic

      The complaining party did speak to ****************** who reviewed the sparse information she was able to provide (and requested more information that was not provided.) Clearly there is evidence of damage to her vehicle, but nothing significantly corroborates her story (she simply provided pictures of vehicle damage and a picture of one of our trucks). Our understanding is that there is also no image or other documentation (or description) of the item that allegedly fell off our truck for us to even be able to verify that aspect of the claim (our trucks carry very specific, identifiable materials, and all materials on the trucks are documented and accounted for). There is no police/incident report. She did not stop our truck to inform the driver of the issue at the time it occurred so that we could document this incident. In the absence of any of these items to corroborate the claim, she was informed that the only viable path forward was to involve her own insurance company (who has tools to help determine the nature of the damage and would be able to document their findings and engage our insurance carrier if it is determined that it is appropriate.)  Unfortunately, without anything to further verify the claim that the damage happened when, where and in the manner expressed, we are unable to further respond, and are left to rely on the intervention of professionals that conduct this type of work on a regular basis.

      We respectfully ask that you reiterate to the complaining party to engage her insurance company.  That is the appropriate channel given the circumstances.

      I contracted with ************************** to renovate my kitchen and master bathroom in late January. The cabinets were paid for at that time. TCE went to Vero Cabinet Supply to obtain cabinets, a Hickory Shaker style. Vero Cabinet Supply went to A-M Supply for the cabinets, a ready to assemble line called Hickory Shaker from Artisan *****. Renovations started April 4th, over one half of the cabinets were the wrong size. Two more cabinet deliveries occurred, one in May and another in July still consisting of some incorrectly sized cabinets. I need one last cabinet a 15" wide by 30" high by 12" deep. I keep hearing its only two to three weeks out. Although last week's telephone call directly to A-M was pushed back to late September. This is past ridiculous and unprofessional into the realm of unacceptable. I would like my last cabinet to become a priority for someone other than myself. There are five other vendors on the internet selling this line of cabinets, some even using the same brochure. Find the correct cabinet and deliver it to my vendor chain for installation soon is the resolution that I desire. I haven't any complaint with the quality of the cabinets or accessories themselves.

      We took the order from ************ Supply and provided them what they ordered. If the size was incorrect it may have been ordered incorrectly. As we did not take the order directly from the customer there is nothing we can do. We recommend that they reach out to the company they originally hired to provide the service to have the issue resolved.

      ************ Supply blames AM Supply. I do not want excuses, I want my missing cabinet. Where is it? Why wasn't it delivered in April. It was ordered in January. I want a delivery date.
