My poodle passed away and chewy sent flowers when I got home there were flowers on my porch I was crying that was so unexpected but very thoughtful this by far is an excellent company Im still crying over the thoughtfulness they also refunded me the money for her unused meds I will never forget this *********Chewy, Inc.

Placed an order on black Friday when they had promotions but they canceled the order. I called to fix the issue but they said the promo no longer worked because I wasn't a new user anymore as the canceled order counted as a first order. They said to create a new account (which would not work any way because it has the same address) and the surpvisor would not do anything. I then went to log in to my account and the customer support person blocked my account because I was angry they could not fix. She then blocked my sisters account as well when she tried to help. We will not be using chewy in the future as this was absolutely ridiculous.Chewy, Inc.

Terrible and fraudulent company. They are accusing us of sending back an empty box without the product we are wanting to return and therefore they are refusing to give us our money back. FedEx is now doing an investigation and trying to help us prove the box was not empty and infact had every part in it. Such a terrible company- I would have never guessed companies lie about things like this. The box was huge and heavy and was such a pain for us to even make the return then we are now going through this hastle with them.Chewy, Inc.

I did some digging and was able to locate your order ending in *****. We initially processed your refund for the order on November 29, 2024; however, there was an unexpected technical issue that prevented the refund from being processed. To that end, I can confirm that a full refund was successfully processed in the amount of $131.58 on Sunday, December 1st. Generally speaking, you should see the refunded amount credited to the account associated with the payment method on file used for the order within 3 to 5 business days, however that timing may vary based on your banking institution.

This company has been amazing. We lost our cat way too early and they were so easy to handle when canceling his auto shipment. The customer service rep ****** was so kind and quick handling my requests and then they sent us flowers. Above and beyond, thank you.Chewy, Inc.

Wouldnt let me use a 30% off for auto ship. So the order was cancelled then two weeks later sent me the order as autoship. There is also a charge on my credit card where they charged me twice. I will not be using chewy again.Chewy, Inc.

Probably the best customer service in the world. They even sent us flowers when our cat passed. If there was ever a problem with an order it was corrected within days. They even gave us a refund for our leftover food and cat litter as long as we donated it to the animal shelter. I have been ordering my canine needs from Chewy for many years with not one complaint.Last week I noticed my dog food auto order was being prepared. I called Chewy asking them to postpone my order due to still having an over abundance of dog food still present. I explained that my sweet 16 yr old *** passed away about a month ago and now I only had one sweet dog left, Ziggy. The food consumption was cut in half with plenty left at this time. The representative offered her sympathy for my loss of *** and extended the time frame for my next delivery. The next day, I stepped outside my residence and found delivered to my doorstep a beautiful arrangement of flowers in a vase with a heartfelt note of sympathy from the Chewy company for my loss of ***. I cried at the act of kindness Chewy extended to me. This action by Chewy will never be forgotten. I will forever use this company for my pet's needs. I ordered medication from chewy and my VCa was supposed to OK via fax. Later that day, I found out that my vet changed their policy so I called chewy and told them this. I also told them that I needed to request expedited shipping because now that I have to mail it in my dog was going to run out of her meds before normal shipping would get it to me. The customer Service representative acted like helping me was very burdensome and told me he can request it, but he cant make any promises. Four days later my order gets canceled because they faxed the vet even though I mailed the prescription in five days ago. My dog is out of her meds, necessary daily living, do not trust with any animal that you love. This is such a horrid experience.Chewy, Inc.
