      I am above and beyond appalled at Chewy! So many good reviews but their product has sent my cat to the vet multiple times, she's getting sores all over her neck and scabs!! I'm honestly heart broken. I've had to take up a second job with **** that pays literally nothing unless people tip and that's few and far between. All Chewy has done is offer me a free skin product!!! I wish I could upload a picture of my girls skin!!!

Generally speaking, you will see the refund amount credited to the account associated with the payment method used for the order on file within 3 to 5 business days, however that timing may vary based on your banking institution.

      I had an expensive order in my cart, when I tried to add the 25% early coupon it only took $1.50 off. I contacted Chewy and during our online chat my cart was locked. When it onlocked the coupon said it was only valid on a few treats and not 3 items like it said before. She changed it. Of course she denied doing so. I canceled my order and my auto ship. I will be using Farm and Fleet from now on, as they are cheeper without a coupon

      This was my first and last time ordering from this company. The only thing I liked was they delivered. That's why 2 stars. However ******** soft cat food that was 40 pack cans, bottom 8 cans were damaged. And 6 of them are not useable because they had holes in them. And were spoiled. Also the holes were very small. I am glad I noticed them because I could have given them to my cats and that would make them sick. I even saved few cans so I can take photos as a proof if necessary. My cats are my babies and getting animals sick with bad food is unacceptable. I will never order from Chewy again. I didn't create an account and purchased as a guest.

      Chewy is beyond Awesome!I received an email saying our dogs meds were almost expired and did we want to re-up them? I simply responded no, he had passed away. We received fresh roses and a sympathy note a few days later...       I wish there were more than five stars, Chewy deserves it! On my last Chewy order, I chose a product my pet could not use. I called Chewy about 3 hours after placing the order, and they already had it packed, but they made sure the correct product was in my order before it shipped! The customer service *** was so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with Chewy. The customer service is superb - that is hard to find these days! I get my order so quickly every time! Chewy's prices are competitive. If you're looking for an online company for all your pets' needs, consider Chewy.

      Chewy is the best company I have ever dealt with. They care about your pets and about you. I had to put one of my cats to sleep and they sent me a beautiful card and a painted rock with her name and hearts on it. Not even her vet did anything at all and Chewy did. I have used Chewy for years and they always send a birthday card for my pets. They are truly amazing caring and loving people. I highly recommend them to everyone! They even ask how my pets are by name that’s how much they care. Truly the best company in the world with the best customer service representatives! Thank you Chewy for all you have done for me!

      I don't understand why I am getting 4 different answers to 1 question. I ordered yesterday and had a coupon and it didn't work. So I called and talked to an agent whom charged me the full amount AFTER telling me he could manually apply my coupon, so then a get a Sevond invoice online for the discounted amount.I tried to tell the agent that I got 2 imvoices and he insisted I would only be charged for the discounted one. Which I was not, according to my bank account I was charged for the non discounted price. So I called AGAIN and talked to a manager after that call and she told me that after my order shipped I would be charge the discounted price. Again I was not. So AGAIN I called today 11/5/24, and was told that I would get the discounted price AFTER I received the order. At this point I am angry and disgusted. So I was transferred to this guys manager whom told me that it was up to the bank as to when I would receive the lower amount and it would take 5-7 days for the bank to reflect the discounted price.
