My senior dog is very old and was prescribed medication that was not sold locally. I sent them a prescription on a Tuesday. By the next Tuesday I contacted them and they claimed my vet was not responding. Called my vet and they had not received anything. Within 10 minutes Chewy stated it had been verified and would send rush delivery. Supposed to be delivered on Thursday. Now delayed. If it gets here tomorrow it will be 10 days after ordered. Dog has now gone down fast. Likely being put to sleep on the day the medication arrives.Chewy, Inc.

Chewy has got to be the best company I've ever dealt with. They are caring and considerate and their love for animals and pet owners is amazing. I recently received an order and possibly through shipment two cases of canned dog food were damaged. I contacted Chewy and they reshipped my order and said there was no need to return the damaged cans and I could donated them to a shelter or rescue. When one of my dogs passed on to the Rainbow Bridge, they sent a card and flowers. I've never seen a company that truly goes out of their way to show appreciation to their customers.Chewy, Inc.

They don't value regular purchasing customers!Oh this is more than Factual!!So spoke to a **************** *** today about an order I was trying to place. Turns out Chewy does NOT VALUE clients that order Regularly!! So I was trying to use a coupon sent to my husband ( who rarely orders) when I had trouble I did a **************** chat. Upon this chat I was told the coupon was in his name and I could not apply it. I explained i don't know why they only send promos to him when I am the one who orders from them on a regular basis.That is when I was told they send 30% coupons ect to those who don't order Regularly to spur them to order!! So if you're a good customer that orders often YOU ARE NOT WORTH C*** TO THEM!!Chewy, Inc.

Excellent customer service. Fast turnaround for orders on their part, and if the shipping service is delayed, they make it right as soon as possible. Instead of shipping back an unused item I wanted to return, they gave me a refund AND asked me to donate it to the nearest shelter. When I mentioned that one of my cats had passed, the representative asked which one and said she would remove his name from their records, so that nobody would ask how he was doing should I call back again. I really appreciate this level of consideration-- not only to me as a customer, but also in the impact they could have on families, communities, and in influencing the practices of other corporations, as well. It is very uncommon. Other corporations: take note!Chewy, Inc.

Then when you use the code to make a purchase they will ask you to call them to confirm the order just to tell you that you CANT USE THE CODE THEY GAVE YOU TO USE! Then they will refund you but it will be STORE CREDIT ONLY. And then when you go to use the store credit, THEY WILL CANCEL AGAIN. And you are then in a loop of nonsense forever. Say Goodbye to your money if you buy from ************************* NOT BUY HERE. Support another company.Chewy, Inc.

EVERY ORDER IS A HASSLE!Codes don't work, they don't follow up with the vet.I have literally had an issue with 8 out of my last 10 orders. They have fixed it every time which is why they get 2 stars.All of my pets info is in their system, my vets etc, so I go back to thin it will be easier.I'm done!Chewy, Inc.
