      Excellent customer service from Pharmacist Ms Rose R.. Purchased a flea/tic med and my cat had a really bad reaction to medication. Ms Rose handled the problem so efficiently and professionally. What really impressed me was her true caring about my pet. After starting a case file, changed flea/tic meds (working with my vet) adjusting payments, she called and emailed to check in. You don’t find that level of service or care these days. Ms R. is a true asset for Chewy. Hats off to you Ms.. R..

      My packages from them are left right behind the front door outside of my condo building so that when my elderly neighbor comes home, she has to move a 30 pound bag of dog food so she can get to her unit. I've complained multiple times and Chewy keeps claiming that they'll send a complaint to ****** but nothing has changed and they offer nothing to resolve the issue. I'm done with them.

In addition to notating your delivery instructions on your shipping label, in an effort to ensure that ***** receives your delivery instructions, we recommend creating a free account with ***** Delivery Manager (*************************************************) and adding your delivery instructions to your account there. Please note however, that we cannot guarantee that the delivery instructions will be followed, as that is up to the ***** drivers discretion.
       
      I was able to locate your order ending in *****. As a courtesy, I processed a full refund in the amount of $60.17 for this order on April 13, 2023. Generally speaking, you should have seen the refund amount credited to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after the date it was processed, however that timing may vary based on your banking institution.

      INCOMPETENT across the board DO NOT TRUST if you need prescriptions! My dog needed antibiotics, ordered it and was sent an email asking that I verify my identity. Called customer service and verified it. Learned later, after not receiving a prescription status email and learned no one released the order to be filled. They did not take any accountability and had major attitude when I complained to a supervisor.

      I never used Chewy before. Was impressed with their customer service. No Ai. No background noise, No ignorance. No inefficiency. Awesome. They took take of an issue immediately. Unreal. ******* needs to get some lessons from your service. Also I think if someone has issues with the shipment, most of the time its the carrier. Fed Ex has been awful.Again i was totally impressed with their ***************** I hope they continue like that. Keep up with the good work and good people.****

      I had been a customer of chewy over the last few years. They have always had speedy shipping and great customer service. My specific reason for writing this concern is about the deep compassion and care that chewy demonstrates to me in the loss of my dog. I emailed them actually early yesterday morning to ask to be removed from the email list due to my dog passing away. Today, I came home to sympathy flowers from chewy! I really appreciate the personal touch and will support chewy again when I get another dog.

      In reading all the great reviews for Chewy's, I realized I am not the only one who has experienced the genuine compassion received from their staff. In August 2022, my beloved fur baby was diagnosed with diabetes. At the time of the diagnosis, he was DKA and spent 3 days in the hospital. Getting a refill of his insulin following the ordeal was a challenge, except for Chewy. What seemed like a distribution issue for the local pharmacies, Chewy came through every time! However, the diabetes brought on more medical issues including blindness and immobility. In February 2023, my baby crossed the rainbow bridge, and I have been so heartbroken, wondering what else could I have done. When I contacted Chewy to cancel future auto shipments of his meds, Brittany was a blessing. She was encouraging and compassionate, and the next day, I had flowers on my porch: "We hope these flowers bring you comfort and remind you of the love Frank left on your heart. Warmly, Brittany and Your Chewy Family." Those flowers lasted 3 weeks and were such a comfort!! It's been 5 weeks now, and there is not a day that I don't think of my baby. Thank you for being there. The service was above and beyond!

      *** ordered the fresh step hawaiian aloha cat litter three time from Chewy.com and have had great experiences each time. In the second order, two of the four litter boxes were another brand, but Chewy sent the correct items quickly once I called them about the error.On top of the price being lower than other online sellers that Ive used in the past (i.e. ******* ******** each box came wrapped in plastic so that litter wasnt loose and spilling all over the place when unpacking the items. The other two vendors mentioned did not take this extra step.Im impressed with Chewy and highly recommend them for online purchases, especially for the cat litter I mentioned above.

      I have been a customer of ********************** for many years and through many pets that have come and gone to the rainbow Heaven. There customer service has been absolutely wonderful, they all seem to care as much about my pets as I do. I have only one animal my dog left and they do not carry the food I use for him so my ordering has decreased significantly but I want to Thank them for the many times when my pets have died the wonderful beyond things that they have done. No company has ever cared this much. Delivery is quick, products and pricing is competitive.

      Chewy's privacy options do not work. When toggling on the option "Do not sell or share my personal information (also called opt out of targeted marketing).", your preference is not saved. Whether intentional or not, Chewy's website actively prevents you from opting out of marketing communications. This is a violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, which is subject to penalties of up to $57,527 per violation.

      Chewys customer service is unrivaled. Ive only had problems a few time. When I have theyre quick to return emails and quick to replace products if needed. Not to mention their pricing is great. I swear by them.
