      Chewy's customer service is amazing. On 2 occasions I made mistakes on my orders and they handled this so fantastically. Account credited for full refund, they told me to donate mistaken food to local charity to pay it forward. Nobody does this kind of service any more. Their prices are always competitive and the web site is simple to navigate. Chewy gets it right, nice job!

      I was a loyal customer of chewy for years; in fact, so loyal that I actually bought their stock. Lately their delivery times have been unreliable, sometimes upward of a week. Since they tout 1-3 delivery, and since this as happened to me multiple times, this is nothing short of false advertising. Moreover, their prices have become the highest of every supplier. I changed vendors. No more orders for Chewy from me. Oh, and I sold the stock.

      I had been ordering prescription meds for my sick pup. Sadly, she passed away and on the same day, one of her meds got delivered. I contacted chewy to ask if theyd be willing to take the medicine back. They refunded the money with no questions and just asked that I dispose of the medicine properly. The next day I had flowers at my door from chewy. I was so happy with their service.

      I placed an order for dog food over a week ago with 1-3 day shipping. It still has not arrived. I finally contacted support and got on chat with some guy who was rude and not helpful. Told me I needed to call in to be able to resolve the problem. That is ridiculous (also a blatant accessibility issue which is illegal). Filing a credit card dispute as well. Thankfully petco has free same day delivery at a better cost. Good job losing a customer of many years.

      At first I didn't order from Chewy because they were a little more expensive than the big box pet stores. When no one else could get my dog's prescription food to me in less than a week, Chewy had it delivered in 2 days. Then when my dog passed away, the big box store would not take back prescription food. Chewy not only gave me a refund but told me to donate the food to a shelter and sent me a bouquet of flowers sending their condolences. They really do care and they will be the only place I shop for my pets from now on.

      Chewy always goes above and beyond. When one of my pups passed away after 11 yrs they took it upon themselves to send me a bouquet of flowers and a vase. Melted my heart.

      2 years ago my grading for Chewy would have been higher but the latest incidents regarding my auto-ship orders is perplexing. The most recent issue relates to an order being unavailable to ship because it was not in stock. I get that and understand it can happen. Not the first time and when it happens, I go to the pet food store about 15 miles from my house and grab a bag (smaller on as I wait until Chewy ships my order). So automatically my 3 dollar discount for going with Chewy and their delivery program is worthless because i use close to 2 gallons of gas (Diesel prices in CA are ridiculous lol), and my time, to get replacement food. Here's the perplexing part. The order was unavailable because it was discontinued, not because it was late or delayed. I order a 41 lb bag normally and the 41 lb bag was changed by Purina to a 40lb bag. So, when my email from Chewy stating the order was not in stock was received, I was under the impression it was delayed, not that it was never going to be available. Is it too much to expect someone to use their brain and ship the 40 lb bag with an adjusted price, an email explaining the change and possible a suggestion on altering the frequency of the auto-ship? After speaking with their very polite customer service agent, it's aparent to me the system has flaws and too automated. Additionally, when I asked the gal I spoke to to ship the 40 lb bag, the price when from 83 something to 89 something. You can't make this stuff up lol. Priceless...I'm on the search for something better.

      I became a chewy customer a little over a year ago when my Samoyed had to get on a special diet, he was 13 at the time, and it has been so convenient. Well, about 2 months ago, I had to change his diet again due to a kidney issue, and in the meantime, an autoship was also sent as I had not properly canceled it. I contacted Chewy and they could not have been more helpful, not only did they credit my account immediately, they told me no worries, donate the food to your local shelter (24 cans at 4 dollars a can....$100 plus), I could not believe it! Sadly, our sweet boy woke up last week, could no longer walk, and he had passed peacefully by end of day. So I contacted Chewy again as I wanted to be sure I discontinued my autoship properly....and what did I get in the mail yesterday? A delivery of a dozen roses with a very kind note about our loss..... I cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about this company. When the time is right and we bring in a new family member, you can bet, we will be a customer once again! Thank you **********************!!!!

      Chewy is always fast with prescription, usually ships the next day after they get approval from my vet. Highly recommended! They always have someone working, unlike WalmartPetRx, they don't work over the weekend and takes at least 4 or 5 days to process. I ordered my pet's heart med on 03/08/2023 and it arrived today around noon!! Chewy also have great customer service!
