Awesome! Compassionate! I would go to them forever! They are wonderful to work with! They have even let me get credit when my beloved pet passed and donate the supplies to a well needed shelter and on top of that sent me flowers! They have always been so kind! They love our pets right along with us!Chewy, Inc.

I have ordered all of my pet food and supplies from Chewy, I emailed Chewy last week to let them know that my dog had passed away. They immediately emailed me back to let me know that they were going to credit my account for the automatic order I had just received, told me to keep the dog food and give to a dog shelter, 2 days later I received a large bouquet of fresh flowers with another sympathy card enclosed. I have used chewy for probably 2 years or more, I have never had a problem with them. The service you receive from chewy is always exceptional!Chewy, Inc.

5 starsI recently became a Chewy Auto delivery customer about 6 months ago after adopting a 5 year old Golden Retriever. The prior owners utilized Chewy for food delivery so I wanted to make the transition as seamless as possible. In January, I needed to adjust the delivery date, which I did over the phone. At the time I was dealing with a terrible cold, which the customer service person recognized. Upon completing my request he wished me well, hoping I would feel better soon. Low and behold, 3 days later I received a Chewy mug with a note hoping I was feeling better. Having worked in the customer service industry for 30+ years I was extremely impressed. Given the fact that many companies today have no concept of true customer service, I want to commend ********************** for going the extra mile to ensure not only that my request was handled quickly but, that someone actually saw me as a human being! Great job! (Due to my condition, I did not get the name of the customer service employee. But, he definitely went above and beyond.)Review fromLee A W

One of the very few good things that came out of the pandemic for me was discovering CHEWY! Their customer service is excellent, surely a reflection of company's mission and management. Besides having good prices and delivery, their customer service is available 24/7, and their people have always been patient, sympathetic and very helpful. Chewy even offers access to chat or speak with a vet! I chatted online with a vet one weekend when **********'s office was closed and I needed advice about proceeding with a medication that had just been started a few days before. It was very helpful and reassuring until I could reach my vet the next day. Amazingly, there wasn't even a charge as an autoship customer! When our beloved cat ultimately passed away, I called to cancel my autoship. Not only did they offer to refund the cost of unopened food purchased in the last year and tell me to donate it, they also had a bouquet of flowers in a vase and a handwritten condolence note delivered to me! I will always remember the compassion they showed throughout, will definitely return as a customer should we have another pet, and recommend Chewy to all my friends with pets!Chewy, Inc.

I contacted chewy about some canned dog food that had that never been taken out of the packaging. I told them that I no longer needed the food since I had to put my dog down.They told me they would refund my money and to just donate the unused dog food. To my surprise the next day I received some flowers from Chewy with condolences for the loss of my dog. What a wonderful thoughtful gesture. Thank you Chewy.Chewy, Inc.

5 starsI'm amazed. I just opened the most amazingly kind gift from Chewy.com, animal product company. They sent me a painted picture of my dog. I cannot believe how real it looks and what a nice job they did. More importantly, I truly can't believe they did this as a gift and surprise to me. They chose (out of 5 animals) my favorite one (I know mom's aren't supposed to have favorites but she is one of a kind) of my miniature schnauzer, ****, and given she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure July 2022, I know I will treasure it forever. Their portrayal of her is truly beautiful and it is one of my favorite pictures of her. A few months ago, they also sent me flowers and a card after I mentioned my bird died, while also crediting me the cost of the bird products I had ordered the few weeks prior--all going above and beyond, based on a completely unrelated call I made to their company. Unbelievably kind company who will continue to get my business forever as I will always have at least one animal.
