      What a crying shame (literally) that Chewy does not treat their employees better... my friend was just terminated over a 5 minute clock-in mistake. No warning, just terminated. It didn't matter that she had numerous kind reviews from her customers for her excellent service. Oh but they will rehire her in 3 months, truly does that even make sense! And it didn't even matter that her supervisor went to bat for her. The higher *** have no compassion for the people who deal with the public every day. It's not an easy job to deal with all the problems that occur. Take note Chewy, you're losing good employees to what, to hire and train new people? Such a waste of time and money! You're ruining lives in this time of economic upheaval....you should be ashamed of your unethical behavior!

      All my cat supplies were lumped into one box, a 40 pound carton of litter on top of a plastic 30 OZ carton of Temptations..broken all at the bottom of the box! My litter deodorizer came broken and squashed, leaking all over the Temptations!! My canned cat food came broken open and all over the bottom also covered in litter deodorizer!!! All because some lazy shipping employees couldnt spare another separate box just for the litter!! It was an absolute mess! $85 dollars should have bought me another box for Gods sake! Grrrrrrrrr

      I did some digging and was able to locate your order ending in *****. We understand that when you, a valued customer, make a purchase from our site, you expect to receive your product in a timely manner and in great condition, ready for your pets to enjoy, and how damaged packages may inconvenience you and your pet family. What you have described is not up to Chewys standards. I can confirm a warehouse complaint was processed for the damaged items.

      As a courtesy, due to the damage that occurred during shipping, on February 19,2023, we processed replacement orders ending ***** and ***** for the items in your order ending *****.

      We got our dogs medicine delivered from Chewy. The medicine always came on time and I never had to worry about running out. If I ever had to order it it arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Chewy also sent my dog birthday and holiday cards which I thought was nice. My sweet girl passed recently and I let them know so the auto ships could be canceled. I received an email offering their condolences and letting me know I am welcome to reach out anytime if I ever needed support for my grief. Today a packaged arrived and when I opened it there were yellow roses and a vase with a beautiful note from *** and chewy. It brought tears to my eyes. Ive never had a company treat my dog and myself so well, they really treat you like family. Im thankful to them.

      They double charged me then blamed my bank for their mistake ?? its been pending for 3 days i have had nothing but issues with them. ****** the supervisor was also very rude in the end. If i could give 0 stars i would!

      I'm sorry about your recent order experience. At Chewy, we strive to provide a positive experience with every customer interaction.

      At **********************, we only charge your account when your order is shipped, however, when you first place an order, our payment system requests a payment authorization from your bank or credit card issuer, which basically places a hold for an estimated total amount of your order. This authorization/hold is not an actual final charge, but it does immediately affect the available balance on your bank account, in accordance with your banks practices or your credit card companys practices. Your bank will reserve the funds in your account or until your items ship or the authorization expired, and depending on your banks policy, you may see a payment authorization even when the order was canceled. If your items dont ship, the payment authorization will expire, and the funds will be released back to your account. Some banks make take up to 30 days to remove payment authorizations from your account.

      I did some digging and was able to locate your most recent order ending in *****. Since this order was canceled prior to shipping, a final charge was not processed for this order.       I have used chewy for a little bit due to an injury their service had made it easier on me I want to say they have been so helpful and understanding more than fed x which is the s**** up but to compensate they are helping me even though its not their fault it's fed x if there is a delivery company better than fed x please contact this company it will be well worth it because they understand customer care. i gave 5 stars it should be 10 stars

      Chewy is a great company and has amazing service. They go above and beyond for pets and their owners. Not only are the prices great and free shipping is welcomed, but there are things they've done for me and my animals that I'll always be grateful for.A few months ago my cat passed away and I had to cancel an autoship order of cat litter, food, and toys. After emailing customer service and asking for a refund, they were extremely understanding and compassionate. Not only did I get a full refund, but they sent me a bouquet of flowers and a handwritten letter.I have multiple pet profiles on my account. My cat, dogs, and parrots. I have their birthdays on the profiles and whenever it's one of my animals birthdays chewy sends me a handwritten birthday card. They've been doing it for me for about 3 years and never missed a birthday.One of the days last month was national bird day and on that day I got two mysterious packages in the mail. I had no orders coming that day and the packages were too small for it to be anything I bought. Upon opening it, two acrylic paintings of my birds were inside. Hand painted. They were signed and dated and beautifully painted. Absolute talent this artist has!Chewy is an amazing company, one of the few large companies in the world that truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond without even having to. If this isn't a reason to start ordering through chewy, I don't know what is!The food is always affordable and they always have deals. I get my pets prescriptions on there, food, toys, and everything in between. They are extremely informative and knowledgeable about animals and their care.I never regretted joining chewy and I will always be a customer! Thank you ********************** for making my animals and I happy and healthy (and saving me money!)

      I have used Chewy.com for 4 years now and absolutely love it. I had one issue with a lost prescription and they refilled it and sent out a new one right away. Then a week later i recieved another refill for free for the inconvenience. Recently i ordered a cat tree house. The bed ripped when i put it on top. I sent them an email to let them know. They said they dont make replacement parts and would send a new one at no charge and to please donate the damaged one. Thats great customer service. When something isn't right, they do what they can to fix it right away. Website is user friendly and they carry almost everything. I would love to work for a company that takes care of there customers like this. Keep up the great work!

      I am very appreciative for Chewy’s customer service. I explained that I had prescription food that I wanted to return since my pet cat recently passed away. They were very empathic, and gave me a full refund for the food and told me to don’t worry about sending it back, and to just donate it to a vet or shelter. This was already above and beyond and took a lot of stress away from me regarding my situation. Then a few days later, I received a bouquet of flowers hand delivered from a local florist from the Chewy family sending condolences. I was so surprised and amazed. It is nice to know that Chewy really cares about their customers and understand what they are going through.

      Let me start with this. On Saturday, my min pin passed away. He was 17 and spent much of his life on the back of my Harley, wearing a leather jacket with inappropriate patches and goggles. I had the privilege of his love for many years. Chewy has been supplying us with his meds for the last couple years, at a reasonable price, with fast delivery. I checked to see if I could return the last order since he had passed away. They couldn't take the meds back, but they refunded my money for the last order. Today, I got home to find a flower delivery with a nice card attached. That was above and beyond. Thanks Chewy.

      Chewy really took customer service to the next level for me. I had ordered some food and supplies for my beloved, sick cat. By the time they arrived, he passed away. I let chewy.com know, and not only did they fully refund my money they also sent flowers and a condolence note to me. I was really moved by this gesture It was so kind of them. They definitely won my business over for life!
