    I am trying to contact this company regarding ******* warranty which i'm currently paying through Ygreene and the owner has not called me back like he said he would, not followed up with me and my daughters bedroom has a yellow stain that is growing and seems to be a leak. I am extremely dissapointed with this company which seems to still be in business and does not keep their promise regarding their warranty. I am a widow with 3 children which I explained and not having this company get back to me in a timely manner is making me ill. I never thought i would have a problem with this company which I'm still paying currently through my taxes with Ygreene. Beyond terrible customer service and human compassion in this company.

    I sent a email to *********************** a few days ago, and have had no response. I am asking for the contract and warranty.  I told her to contact me so I can send my business partner to look at the leak. This job was contracted thru a solar company in which they installed their solar system after the new tile was complete.  I will call her and email her again.
