      I had pest service from this company on 4/16. Over a week later, the pest problem has not been eliminated. I called and asked for help and they denied that the service was guaranteed stating they can't do anything to help me. I would never, never, never have ordered and paid for a service that wasn't guaranteed. I was told go find another company.

      This customer was explained the yearly plan vs. one time treatment, they chose the one time treatment.

      You have 30 days to upgrade from the one time treatment to the yearly plan, however you can apply what was paid to the yearly plan.

      We recommend the yearly plan because of the coverage on services, however it is up to the customer which option to choose.

      I am rejecting this response because it does not address the fact that their service did not work. The technician stated that I shouldn’t be seeing any more bugs and I could contact them to schedule their regular maintenance plan. A week later, the home was still infested. I waited another week and there was no change. I contacted another provider who came out and did the one time service. It worked and we haven’t seen any pests.  I continue to allege that whether I ordered the one time service or the quarterly service, the service is supposed to work. This provider’s service did not and they did not stand behind their guarantee.

      We told home owner before we did service there is no warranty with a one time spray. If still has a problem will have to pay again or can upgrade to yearly program and receive free service calls. She chose to have the one time spray and called in for another treatment she was told her options and was not happy. This was explained before we did service. We would of been happy to upgrade service and deduct what she already paid. This is our policy and explained before work was done.
