IIn March,April, and May of 2025 Marine Contracting Group was contracted to replace my seawall by the City of ***********. During the replacement the electric line to the boatlift that was secured to the dock by a heavy cement step was pulled out and broken by their crane. Two inspectors wrote up the damage and reported it to ****** at MCG. I spoke with ***** ***** of ****** Engineering and called ****** on many occasions with no call backs from ******.***** ***** told me MCG would not complete the repair and it was my responsibility. I called ***** ***** and **** ***** canal maintenance for a copy of the inspector's report on 6-09- 2025.***** ***** didn't call back and **** ***** said the report is the responsibility of ****** the manager at Marine Contracting Group. I have been paying for storage of my boat for four months now. The boatlift is unusable due to damage caused by Marine Contracting Group.

I am rejecting this response because: The electrical line to the boatlift was removed from the seawall as requested by ****** of Marine Contracting Group. The seawall was inspected prior beginning the repairs. I met the crew before they began work on the seawall and was informed about the trees they needed to removed. I told the crew that the electric line was removed from the seawall and secured buy the cement step on the dock. The cement step was broken by the crane and the electric line was broken and ended up buried under the dock..

Two different inspectors and ****** who works for Marine Contracting Group wrote that the damage to the fishing table and electric line would be reported to MCG and I would get a call from ******.I called ****** on numerous occasions with no reply.I spoke with ***** ***** of ****** Engineering and he told me MCG would not cover their damage.
    Sincerely,

    ****** **********
