      I have agoraphobia, this is why I'm on medical cannabis. I made an order on April 25, and have not received my order yet, today is Sunday, April 30. Now they tell me they don't deliver on Sundays. I can not go into their store because it's so busy that I have anxiety attacks as I sit there for over an hour waiting to be called back. Trulieve was my favorite store but they have truly let me down.

      Terrible experience with delivery and will not try it again. It said “select a date” and it had to be 24 hours ahead so I thought, not problem it’ll be here tomorrow. After multiple calls and waiting on hold for a very long time I decided to use the call back feature. I have to give the devil his due because they did call men back in a timely manner. However, when I finally got in touch with a representative she informed me that the location I ordered from was a week behind with deliveries. I find this business practice is unethical as we rely on our medications for daily chronic conditions and need to be informed about our deliveries. Not everyone can leave from home to get to their closest dispensary and they need to be transparent about exactly when your order will be delivered.

      Veterans with post modern combat PTSD should not depend on trulieve delivery.
      They MAY DELIVER and THEY MAY NOT, at any rate you won't know. !

      Ordered yesterday, got a text today to come get it. Text told me to check in online so I did, went in checked in at counter, lady said have a seat. There was no seating, we were packed in like sardines. I asked to stand outside, she said you won’t be seen. I asked how long, she said I was number 6, then no, number 9 or wait number 15… hold on, how long are you going to keep me standing here, guy comes out, she walks away, he said ma’am the wait is greater than two hours! I said what? I said I just got a text telling me my order was ready and if not here in 5 minutes I’d be placed back in line. What’s going on, don’t text me to come pick up something then tell me it’s 2 hour or longer. This company is nuts! Second time there and I won’t be back. Both times was a total waste of my time! If there was a no stars that’s what you’d have! Your staff are idiots and way to stoned to function!!

      Stay away, 420 day had 5 people working rude and slow **** this place. Was a preorder had me down as a walk in add a hour to my time… this place really sucks as far as people customer service it’s a shame product is good, if they don’t mess ur order up.

      ZERO STARS / ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DISPENSARY BRANCH OF ANY COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE TREASURE COAST. MARTIN, ST LUCIE , OR INDIAN RIVER COUNTIES. ridiculous long wait time - 40 minutes to 3 hours. totally incompetent staffing. not honoring sale prices. just 100 % completely horrible service. avoid like the plague. Many other companies in the 3 county treasure coast. strongly advice going to 1 of them instead. or any other TL branch EXCEPT for this one . shopping here is a total nightmare. putting it mildly .Muse Live Budder 1G - MBR

      Wouldn’t honor my order and the manager Ryan Kearney yelled at me in front of everyone. Extremely unprofessional and will not return. So many other dispensaries around that actually treat you like a human!

      There are 6 dispensaries within 5 miles of me so I have options. After placing an order at 5:40 this evening,I waited for the order to be ready. It looks so now 9:00 and the dispensary is now closed. I am done with this company. With so many other options I don't know how they keep their customers. My conversations with other med mar users confirm that Trulieve and the Merritt Island FL dispensary has by far the worst customer service. I think Trulieve needs to be on undercover boss. I can't imagine that they are aware of how bad their service is. My order tonight was my first with Trulieve in 10 months. That was likely the last time I will be there. I need marijuana to sleep. It's the only thing that helps. By the time I realized Trulieve was not going to pick my order in 3 1/2 hours I would have gone to MUV or Liberty or Surterrs or Green Dragon which are all within a couple of miles from Trulieve.
      Trulieve might be the largest dispensary but they are also the worst. Thanks Trulieve and good bye

      So so sick of these companies claiming delivery of medication and don’t deliver. Something needs to be done about this. Why tell me it will be delivered and no one delivers!!!! They are trying to kill me by not delivering my medication…..,

      If I could I would rate them 0. I place orders online for same day pick up and I get a call hour later saying they don’t have my entire order and the website is not accurate. This has happened to me 3 times in a row. I went on today to place an order for pick up and it says I can’t pick it up for 24 hours. By then the deal is over and I am not honored the deal. Every other dispensary I order from has my order ready within an hour and never have a problem of they website “not being accurate”. I will no longer be ordering from here until things change! Sad they don’t even have 2 star rating but this is why!
