      For someone with epilepsy like me, delivery is my only choice.
      Without fail, every month my order is either wrong or delayed.
      Last month they didn’t show up in the date promised, coming the next day and the nly giving me half my order. Instead of immediately fixing it, they made me wait another day.
      This month, order was on the 11th. Delivery’s scheduled for the 12th, between 8am and 7pm.
      No call, no show.
      When I reached out to them they said delivery was scheduled for the 13th.
      No? My confirmation says the 12th.
      Regardless, they didn’t come in the 13th. They didn’t come on the 14th.
      Now they’re saying delivery is a week backed up, they’ll “try to come by the 19th”.
      What??
      Trulieve has made it clear they don’t care about their consumers. To say to me “you’re home anyway, what’s the big deal”- really??
      Apparently trulieve feels if you’re home bound you don’t deserve common courtesy. They’ll keep you waiting, and since your order is “processing”, you can’t go anywhere else because your recs show as fulfilled for the month.
      Trying to figure out if trulieve is poorly managed, if it’s some sort of ploy in delaying, or if they simply don’t give a crap.

      They never have what you ordered and then say sorry want something else. This isn't just random stuff . Each strain reacts differently so I only want certain items. I would stay away from them if you can.

      Terrible place. Twice I have been left in the Crystal River parking lot waiting to be called. When I get the email ,I either am told I missed the window of time and can go to the end of the line which is long or I wait while the counter says I’m number 4 in-line and I watch 15 people go in and out that haven’t pre ordered. I don’t get the products to get high , I really need it medically and I watch 20 and 30 something’s come out all giddy and in states of excited cannabis bliss while I wait and wait even tho I pre ordered. I give up. The people helping out in there are not very well versed in the “medical” benefits of the product and haven’t a clue. They give you a hand out piece of paper. There are 2 other close by dispensaries in the area that don’t rely on flashy web pages and enticements to get “high”. I live in CR and now only go to Surrtera in Brooksville and will NEVER return to TL. They are compassionate and…l get this, they have a painless driver through.

      The manager at Merrit island a woman with long hair and glasses treated me like dirt cut me off several times was rude and her customer service skill reall are horrible. I feel uncomfortable going there now

      I got a promotion card 3 weeks ago and was told that if I get 6 holes punched that I would get 35 percent off my 7th purchase well I got them ordered and went to Ocala to pick it up and nothing qualifies maybe some will be not on sale then I can use the card by 12/31/23 THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH MOVE

      Sale started 12/22 @ 9:30pm and within 10 minutes my order was confirmed for pickup on 12/23/23. It was for 24% ground sour cake. Go to pick up order all at 12%! Half the percentage and why confirm my order if you are not able to correctly fill it. Bait and switch is that the deal???

      Three of my last 4 confirmed, “packed” orders were incomplete, had items just subbed out, or were a drastically lower THC than I would have paid for - like today, which said it was 21% (and still does on their site) but they gave me a 12.6% at the same price. I’ve tried contacting their customer service to be told “products aren’t guaranteed” and that a supervisor would call me, which never happened. They’re essentially doing a lot of false advertising and don’t care what they do to anyone else.

      So this place so far is the worst shop I’ve ever been to the wait is just stupid and workers are literally standing around on there phone packing and sitting down doing nothing singing and stuff lol while there so many people waiting I will never come back to this place.
