      I've been a customer for about a year. I think it's pretty ****** that you ended your points/rewards for your customers. Especially when I had money I was saving to use.

      We do apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication on this matter. Our Trulieve's in the state of Florida, do still honor the loyalty point program. The program runs on a 180-day calculation. Every six months the points start over. If you would like to contact us at the Customer Support Center at 844-878-5438, we would be happy to submit an audit for your loyalty points on your account.

      I placed an order for delivery. I was promised it would be delivered on Friday. I scrambled Friday morning to go to the ATM to get cash. Friday came and went without any contact, so obviously they didn’t show up. I get a text first thing Saturday morning saying my order was going to be delivered. Now I have sit and wait for someone to come on one of my only days off. This has happened before and it is a real problem. I am not going to waste my time of money on this company again. Now I am currently sitting on hold for the last 15 minutes listening to the same music over and over again. I honestly don’t think they even care about people as much as money.

      Poor management. Wait time was almost an hour! Nobody was at the front desk, like 15 people waiting. Then we find out someone screwed up the website deal page. They did honor the deal, however, they were still slow. I have to drive an hour just to get into Charleston and I can enter any of the other pharmacies and NEVER have to wait more than a minute or two. I always place an online order at all the pharmacies I use. I just don't understand why there is such a long wait time. There should be more than 1 or 2 pharmacists working especially when your waiting room is full. It's frustrating and I love the products you carry but the wait time sucks. I think the prices are high and people need this medicine and half of them can't afford them. That's why everyone tries to get the best deal from every pharmacy.

      I placed an order on Thursday September 17th, and my delivery date changed. Instead of Saturday, it went to Monday. But they changed it again for Wednesday the 23rd. And I have to pay $15 for waiting a week. As a disabled person, I don't have the money to pay Uber to pick it up. And as a disabled person, I was counting on you to fulfill my order like you do other people. All of my friends use Trulieve like I do, and haven't had this problem. So I think it's because ive had to cancel before. I guess next time I will get an Uber that can get my wheelchair in it.

      8-28 2023. Online ordered,I checked in at the front desk and gave my card to the attendant 35 minutes later I was called to the back to retrieve my order, where I was asked for my card a second time. I explained I had never gotten my card back from the front attendant. After being dispensed the true host Eddie Collins proclaimed he could not find my medical ID anywhere, he then demanded that I dump my purse, and check again as if I hadn’t already done that while paying for my order. It was embarrassing, but I did it. After he was satisfied that I did not have the card, when I asked what the protocol is when some thing of this nature happens he began to raise his voice,He then grabs a stack of 30 or more cards and throws them down on the counter in front of me and asked me which patient did I think that he accidentally gave my card to! I say to him I could not know this information and that I wasn’t responsible for playing detective for his negligence . I asked again for the protocol for miss handling a card and how we were going to resolve it and get it back into my possession. I asked for his name, in case the ID turned up as a point of contact. He grabbed his ID and hid it from sight!.the employee true host Eddie Collins begins to loudly berate me I quote “Your not well You seem mentally unwell, you appear mentally unstable”. then he begins to deny he had possession of my card in the first place. This employee not only violated Hyppa, by giving my card away, and then giving me access to all patients cards in the establishment, but speaking to a medical patient with downright mentally abusive language, gaslighting behavior as well as vilifying me. this happened in front of staff who seem unfazed by the behavior. And patience who where surprised, but I could tell didn’t want to get involved. I suffer from social anxiety as well as CPSD. I shouldn’t have had to experience trauma and abuse to get my medicine and sort out a problem. I’m considering legal action.

      I think that I will never go back to I’d give no stars if I could. Trulieve. I put in my order. They text me my order was ready. I used the express system and when I got there I got a text that they were ready to see me now. 40- minutes later I am still waiting. My name was first on the list for express. I heard the front desk girl tell another customer that express goes before walk ins and pick ups but at least 10- walk ins and pick ups went before me. I asked her why I wasn’t called in and she said for some reason they weren’t doing express now to wait. I finally got in the back to see the manager named T.J.and I asked him why I got a text 40- minutes ago saying that they were ready to see me. He said that was done automatically and that they had nothing to do with the text. I asked him if this happened to him would he be upset. He said no. He would go somewhere else. That’s exactly what I am going to do. What a system they have. They are too big for their britches. Not good business. Bye. Lost a good customer.

      Trulieve DOES NOT care about their customers. I placed an order for delivery 9 days ago & received a message that it would be delivered the next day. Since I did not hear from them, I called & was told all delivery orders were put on hold until the following Friday, which has now come & gone. I did point out to them that they are messing with people's medicine - not everyone is a weed head! At no point did anyone try to contact me to let me know that the delivery wasn't coming, & still hasn't. I was told 2 different times that a manager would call me, but it hasn't happened yet. All they have done is sent me yet another text telling me it would be delivered on 8/4, which is long since passed! Apparently the managers at their Hillsborough Ave location in Tampa, FL are sissy coward morons who apparently can't handle their unhappy customers, & that they may need a binky. It is my personal hope that the company goes down, as they don't deserve their customers, nor should they be in business with such poor service. If you are looking for a dispensary, I'd choose another one if I were you...
