      I worked here. Management is so bad people were walking out the same day like within an hour of starting a brand new job. As far as a customer goes, this place does not prioritize their patients by arrival time, people walk in way after you and get called back. I'm 100% convinced that corporate and upper management is high on their own supply which everyone knows is a No-No. Get your sht together, you've been here 4 years. If the medicine wasn't decent, I'd straight up go down the street.

      Absolute worst Customer service experiences I've ever had worst in the world.
      Multiple orders canceled for no reason. Pick up orders that were never filled. Wait times and excess of 3 hours for a pickup order. Management is the most indifferent apathetic joke. My advice is to shop at vidacann .
      The employees also have very little information about the product because they carry such an extensive panoply of products and change it on an almost daily basis that no one even knows what's what or what product does what. it's it's really a shame that they're treating people's medicine in a way that is offhanded and unprofessional

      I’ve been charged differently on the same purchase numerous times , I’ve brought the proof via my receipts and they’ve done nothing . Rude staff that uses offensive language to customers , I’ve seen numerous people walk out in disgust from the employees attitudes and language . I’ve been given the wrong order numerous times and when I call to inform them they’ve been rude and degrading to me . I hen I use my wife’s debit card at checkout they won’t take it but then when I tell them I’ll go use this card to get cash out from their atm they say ok, what great card security , the employees smoke cigarettes and weed in the parking lot , and I can hear them bashing clients openly using offensive language to describe and bash them on their looks and gender choice . Management has given me “on the house “ products at no charge and ask me to keep it silent so upper management doesn’t know . When quoted 10 to 15 minutes for example I e waited for to 3 hours for a ready notification and when I come up to get it the employees send me back saying I’m “rushing” then when they’re no orders to be filled and no people in the lobby . I’m a veteran and on many occasions they don’t give me my discount and when I show them my proof they use offensive language in their apology and say it’ll never happen again and it does and has many times after . When they stopped the point system for discounted product they closed my account with 50 points left and then I hear employees talk in that parking lot on how management is “hooking” them up with the points left over that were taken . To show my phone to security to get in is invasion of my privacy and if I don’t have a ready to pickup message they won’t let you in even when it’s 100 degrees outside and With no one in the lobby as well . They rarely answer their phone and I’ve personally seen the staff rog the phone by turning it off to keep a busy line going so no one. Can get through . Last I’ve been offered side deals by staff in the lot

      This company needs to reinvest some of the millions of dollars they are taking from people, and put it into their Online Management. It's a total joke from a company that aggrandizes itself as anything other than a profit-hungry corporate machine. I've had several orders made online not match up with their store inventory, and have been given the completely wrong strain. I don't blame the store management, as this is a CORPORATE ISSUE. I tried calling Customer Service and they literally gave me a store number in the city I live in and one to Purple Medical; two useless numbers. This company is a shill and it's making money off the medical needs of people, and that's pretty disgusting.

      Management is a joke they are rude, disrespectful, have no empathy even though they know the company does things wrong. I had a general manger tell me if I didn’t want to shop there anymore I didn’t have to what kind of customer service is that! I’ve gone to only deliveries so that I don’t have to deal with the store fronts horrible employees

      Delivery order was cancelled without notification, even after I called multiple times to ensure delivery. Then they claimed to have called me out went to voicemail, which is noted in my chart. This is a flat-out lie and I have no voicemails. I have had the same number for years. Never gave Trulieve any other number. Terrible system. Only one agent actually listened to my grievance when I called. After 72 hours since the order was placed, I ended up going to the store to wait in the insane line after never receiving the product and waiting all day on my day off. Ridiculous! When you do order online, get there fast or they will sell the products you ordered to walk-ins and claim they are out of stock so you have to replace it with something you didnt actually want. This is just a trick to move their inventory. It is extremely rare to ever receive the actual ordered product. It is also extremely rare to talk to anyone who cares and/or will do something about the issues at this place. They believe they have a monopoly and mistreat their customers, consistently forgetting that the customers are patients with real medical problems that this company's mismanagement and underhanded business dealing are exacerbating in the worst way.

      Horrible horrible wait times the store in Daytona sucks. How can an express pick up be 45 minutes. I can walk in any Trulieve in Orlando and get service. Fix Daytona I’m done. Jungle boys is better anyway,

      I would give it a zero if I could. I don’t see how this place stays in business, horrible service, it literally takes over an hour and a half for express pick up. You can go to other dispensaries and be in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will mot be going back to this place ever again.

      I took one of their indica capsules last night and had a seizure, I have never ever experienced this before and am a heavy cannabis user. Apparently this happened to my brother in law a year ago with the exact same capsules and he ended up going to the hospital!! I will never take these again, would NEVER recommend. One of the scariest experiences of my life
