      It’s a shame because the product is very good. But it literally takes hours to pick it up. They have the same system that has never worked. It’s chaotic inside. Even with a pick up order that’s ready. It’s still an hour atleast. I have already received an email that says we’re sorry. But nothing has changed. Other companies you are in and out in minutes. Disappointed.

      Going to this dispensary raises my anxiety tenfold. I have never ever been so disappointed with a shopping transaction in my life. It constantly seems as if there is only one person working there as the wait times are hours long. And after waiting hours you would expect a half decent product, correct? Wrong! What you get is trash. Literally. Trash. It's dry just like trash and brown just like trash and taste and smells like nothing regardless of what strain you get. Needless to say not going back there. Frankly I'm not sure how or why they're still open to sell to the public because they're not satisfying anyone.

      This is the worst customer service I have ever had …. They say they close at 9 now it’s 830 I got there at 815 and they still wouldn’t take me why is that so why d soon I order there… they take hours to see people there were 2 people I. The waiting room don’t tell me they couldn’t get me in.
      So now I have to go all nite with no medicine Again because I got there 45 min early **** this is awful ran this dispensary has no care for there customers they are slow and they are lazy…. ***** ******

      Terrible. Long waits. The menu is never the same as what is in the store.
      On line express pick up is a joke.
      The THC is higher online than the product you get. Under staffed. Extremely unorganized.

      Needs negative stars. I ordered a day ahead bc I needed to pick up while my 94 yo neighbor was in the doctor and didn't want her to wait on me. I checked in and waited until I got the call to pick up me neighbor. It was an hour drive to come back so I decided to ask if I could get my order and go. The order was ready and I was checked in. But, the guy at the counter just looked at me and shrugged his shoulder to show me he didn't care. I explained further and he demanded my card. It was expired because I cannot find my new card. But no other person had ever cared about that since one look in the computer will tell them I'm current. He said there were two walk-ins ahead of me and I told him my neighbor couldn't wait that long. I had assumed that if he couldn't help me he would offer to hold my package longer. Instead he decided to berate me in front of fifteen customers stating that the other costumers deserve their time as much as I do. I completely agree, but I had shopped the day before so I could avoid this delay. Then he said I didn't even have a driver's license. It was in my hand and I started to give it to him but then realized I was wasting my time and turned to leave. As I reached the door he yelled in insult behind my back so I told him to cancel my order. I'll never go back in there. I'm really not sure how they don't do something given their appalling reviews. Someone needs to wake up and fix their customer relations problem. This is the worst I've seen in my entire life. I just cannot believe the way they treat people.

      Worst customer service,rude budtenders,allow there friends to skip the lines,should just close shop,port richey location should fire everyone and try again, if you hate your job,go find something that suits you,just walked out without ordering after an hour plus wait,poor management =poor customer service

      I hate to give a bad review because the employees are super nice, and their stock & and prices are great.
      But, their check-in system makes no sense. The online waitlist may tell you "10 minutes", and you get there, and they tell you it's at least an hour wait. Basically, the express check-in doesn't exist - everybody is basically placed in one queue, and they seem to let people back in whatever order they choose.
      Many times I have had an "express" pick up order; I check in online; arrive at the front desk; then sit there waiting, while people who checked in after me are getting called back. It makes no sense, and desperately needs improved.
      I've also heard many other people complain about this same thing, yet they continue to do nothing about it.
