    12/11/2023 Beacon Cleaning cleaned our metal roof. Their cleaning solution removed the finish of our gutters. The company they hired to replace them , showed us that the paint on the metal roof wiped right off when they wiped their hands over it. If the solution removed the finish on the gutters, it makes sense that it did the same or worst to our metal roof. We have called about 16 times, talked to ******, could never speak to ****, who took care of the gutters. ****** finally said the owner would have to address the issue, ***********************, who has never return a call. We do appreciate the replacement of the gutters but now they are ghosting us.

    Beacon Cleaning accidentally damaged 8 of 245 feet of rain gutter at **************** home, Beacon replaced all 245 feet ($3000) for him. Before and after photos of the roof cleaning were provided to **************** and were to his satisfaction after the cleaning and after the gutter replacement. (**************** paid in full)  **************** has continued to harass our office staff for nearly 6 months claiming that the gutter company told him his roof was damaged. After speaking to the gutter company/technicians, no such info about his roof was provided by the gutter company. We have returned numerous calls to **************** leaving messages with his wife and Voice Mail.

    We have read Beacons response.  He is right, they were great standing behind the gutter damage.  We have an answering machne and they have never left us a message nor did they talk to my wife, they must have a wrong number.

    We do not want a new roof.  All we are asking for is an inspection of our roof to determine if there was damage, by an independent rmetal roofer.   It makes sense there may be, since the cleaning solution was on the roof longer than on the gutters.
