      August 2023 Tek Contracting verbally agreed to complete an ongoing project. This involves replacement of parts damaged by the company and government states permits. They have neglected to provide a final project due date and have collected approximately 97% of the cost. Several phone calls have been made to the company regarding this issue and no response from them.

TOOK OVER 14 MONTH PERIOD TO BUILD A NEW HOME. $165,000 COST TO BUILD AS PER CONTRACT, MINUS $15,000. MATERAL SUPPIED BY MYSELF, PLUS **** % GENERAL CONTRACTOR FEE TO ********************* OWNER OF TEK CONTACTING. ************* NOW STATES HE IS NOT LICENCE CONTRACTOR. TEK CONTRACTING HAS FAILED 9 PASSED 15 COUNTY INSPECTIONAS PER COUNTY RECORDS. HE IS WORKING UNDER A ***************************** LICENSE ********** REGISTERED IN ORANGE COUNTY. FIRST TIME OF HEARING OF THIS. *****************************, HAS NEVER VISITED MY SITE! Nevertheless, ********************** has decided to persist in his slanderous statements, threats, and false accusations. Given his actions, this matter is now in our attorney's hands. Our attorney has instructed us not to further respond to his provocations outside of a court of law.

      We paid over $15,000 for a remodel of our master bathroom to TEK Contracting. We were assured by the owner Eddie L**** that any issue we encounter for the first year after completion would be taken care of. On June 23, 2022, I reached out to TEK to let them know that the grout was breaking away and allowing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. The person I reached out to was Mary whom I believe is the office manager. I reported the issue to her and she said she would reach out to Eddie and let him know. I did stress to her that we are unable to use the shower because of the grout issue. I have reached out multiple times and still have had no contact from TEK to schedule a repair. We honestly feel it was an absolute mistake using TEK Contracting.
