      Tried to return item bought from HSN; recipient did not like the quality of the item. I was given the runaround ; told I cant return to them, but to another place in UT. Not only did HSN not include a receipt for item in box; after 4 phone calls..I was told 4 different things concerning returning item. Not one person told me how to return item correctly; I had to try to print copy of item from computer; then I was sent a receipt via email; I was told they emailed me return label only to call again and find out they didnt send me label.I had to ***** item myself back to the UT address.hoping it gets to the right place! WHY does HSN sell items that cant be returned to them; why dont they include receipts & return labels in boxes like they used to do? Why was I given 4 different answers that didnt help me return the item? Very frustrating!When I order from HSN- I NEVER had an issue like this!! Why sell an item on HSN that CANT be returned to them??

      This all could have been prevented if HSN took back the item they sold, instead of being told 4 different ways to return the same item to a different address in a different state!  Very unnecessary and frustrating!

      I have been trying to close my HSN account. I filled out the form online despite the app crashing on me every single time I tried to fill it out. I called. I emailed. Instead of my account being closed I continued to receive calls and notifications harassing me about why I am closing my account and claiming that I need to talk to customer service. I ask to stop receiving calls and notifications. The harassment continues. I call customer service and they say it should be taken care of but its not. I get yet another call today claiming they have to READ a disclaimer over the phone to me. Then the phone hangs up. I am done with this harassment. There is absolutely NO REASON for me to be contacted further. No reason that my simple and straightforward request to close my account should take weeks and weeks and be filled with phone call after phone call harassing me. Theres no reason that a disclaimer has to be READ to me. I can read. I read any disclaimers when I filled out the paperwork to close my account. This is pure harassment. It should not require an act of god to close my account. Is it because I am in my 50s that HSN thinks they can continue to freely harass me? As if intimidating me into remaining a customer? How is this legal?

      The shopping account has been closed per customer request. I am sorry to hear you had a difficult time when attempting to close this account. No disclaimers or legal statements must be read when closing a shopping account. I am unsure what this (and the form) is in reference too. I do not show attached to your account an ******************** CC, if this is in regards to an HSN cc please let me know and I will assist you with the bank that holds these accounts to ensure card closure. I did call and leave my phone number in case this is a HSN Credit Card Account in question. If you receive any communication of the account please let me know  and I will work with you direct to resolve to ensure all communications desist.

      --Date of transaction: 12/9/2023 --Amount of Money paid to the business: $49.95, credited by opening a new HSN credit card account --What the business committed to provide you: Item *******, *********************** 2-pack Stuffed sandwich makers with recipes and gift boxes --Nature of the dispute: Items never received after order successfully completed with purchase order receipt confirming billing information, order, description and 12/18/2023 delivery date. .--Whether the business tried to resolve the problem: HSN customer service ************ claimed that information was missing, order was not authorized in spite of written receipt and no no notice of any info missing to me-customer. ******************** customer service said only ************** could fix this problem and transferred me to Bank. The Bank said the problem was with HSN Odering and transfered me back to ****** at HSN. ****** said on the Bank could assist and I said that I wanted the items ordered and have a receipt. She said items were out of stock and there was nothing HSN can do. I asked to speak to supervisor who said he could only give me a credit of $40.00 and not the amount on the receipt of $49.95.--Account/order/tracking no.: Order #********** on 12/9/2023 --If the issue involves advertising, when and where the ad was seen or heard: Item was advertised on HSN TV show on 12/9/2023, with HSN credit card offer. No notice online that items were out of stock or that purchase receipt was sent in error to me.

      We are disappointed to hear about your negative experience.  I do see the  order for the *********************** sandwich makers which was cancelled. The item was not charged/shipped as such I am unable to do a replacement/refund as no item was purchased. The sandwich maker is currently sold out, I have notated the account that should it become available and you wish to purchase to hold that pricing. A $40 store credit was added to the account so you did not lose out on your coupon for $40 off when opening and using an HSN card for the first time. This credit was added by the supervisor  you mentioned. The supervisor did not further mention refunds as no debit was created to your HSN card or any other personal credit/debit/paypal accounts for this order as it cancelled.

      HSN Flex Pay keeps calling my phone number. I have not purchased anything from them in over a year. I rarely used them. They keep leaving prerecorded messages for a Flex Pay balance. I never used Flex Pay, I thought it was Spam, but the number calling and the number on the website match ************. They need to stop Spamming phones.

      I apologize for the issues regarding automated calls. I reached out to our IT team and asked they review the logs for any calls sent to the two numbers we have ending in 713 or 811. IT confirmed there are no call records for either number. Is there another number these are being received on, or perhaps a call forwarding service.

      For the second year in a row hsns inability to oversee delivery of third party products sold under their has caused my childs Christmas to be negatively impactedlast year I purchased a hoverboard from them almost two months before the holiday itself and while it did eventually delivery it was literally with three days to sparethis year in an attempt to upgrade to a more powerful all terrain hoverboard hsn completely failed to deliver and in fact for some inexplicable reason while supposedly contact their third party vendor to get answers as to why the four hundred dollar item I purchased hadnt been delivered in the almost two months since I ordered they instead allowed the vendor to cancel my order without any explanation and without communication and only issued a refund when I called customer service to find out why my order cancelled now I do not have my childs largest gift and my **************************************************************************************************************************************************** time for Christmasthey have ruined my childs Christmas I was weary after last years experience but thought what at the odds theyd s**** it up that bad again right ?they didnt s**** it up as bad they screwed it up MUCH WORSE

      I apologize for the experience and frustration, which is especially difficult during the holidays. Unfortunately, our vendor advised they were not able to ship the order due to inventory. When received for packaging an inventory discrepancy was discovered. I show the order was not charged since we were unable to ship the item.

       

      I am very sorry to hear that you have had repeated issues with orders. Since weve been unable to successfully deliver a number of orders to you and we definitely dont want to disappoint you further this account has been closed.

      I order a camping chair on 6/26/2023. I was charged and have never received a product from Adjum whom is allegedly a partner to the Home Shopping Network. I received lip service about a refund and never received anything. (Please see the attached 6 files).I do not like a thief and thievery is what has occurred in this case..

Reviewing the email you sent and order confirmations it appears this order was made by a fraudulent company and malicious in nature. We recommend you partner with your bank and contact the *** about the site.  Please know official HSN/QVC order confirmations will include our domain of hsn.com or qvc.com and never include a gmail or other none company brand account. When ********************** all address bars should also be labeled with this QVC.COM or HSN.com. 

      When a victim of phishing, malware, scams it is good practice to protect your data and information. Whilst we have not had the pleasure of shopping with you, we know this was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience and we are saddened to hear about your experience.       I made 2 orders with HSN on 12-8-23 the following day they cancelled them but have not refunded my money. When I called the customer service they were very rude and told me they cancelled the payments and that it was up to my financial institution when the money would be released. I contacted my financial institution and they infact did not cancel the payments. And my bank sent for them to release my funds immediately and said it was up to them to release them. This was my grandkids Christmas presents and I want and need my money back so I can purchase them gifts from else where. I am a disabled ******* veteran. I am ****************************************************************** and apparently I'm not the only one as I seen their han community page and they do this often. And tell everyone the same exact thing. I would hate to have to press charges on them. I just want my money back. I have plenty of screenshots. It doesn't seem to be letting me attach them here, keeps giving me an error.

      On December 8th, I started receiving SPAM emails from HSN. I advised HSN to stop emailing me. HSN continued to email me spam, in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act ****************************************************************************************************** I received one email on 12/8, three emails on 12/10, three emails on 12/11. Each of these times I continued to unsubscribe and HSN continued to email me.

      Ordered 2 Bell and ****** spin chargers, Neither one would charge a cell phone. So I spent $72.00 on a glorified extension cord. HSN has no way of returning it. "You have to wait for **** and ****** to send you a return slip?? Weeks and weeks now and nothing has been sent. I called again and was told that they are also taking away my $20.00 spendable Kash and will not return it because they are not responsible?? I got the $20.00 From their promo to open up a HSN charge card. In the mean time I am still making payments for this.
