      I responded to flyer to have my water tested from South Florida Water Services around 12/2019. We originally had a operating water softer in our garage. But an old Cullegan water system under our sink. Immediately the sales person tested our water and stated it was hard and contaminated. He saw our water filtration system and said he could replace it. Looking back at my receipts the under sink filter was replaced reverse osmosis system whole house carbon tower (no salt system) whole house ultraviolet. This cost $3,995.00 9/19/19 by Larry S.. After they left my husband showed me the system and I ask where was our water softener he said they took it. We were lead to believe it was whole house conditioned. Next year they come back to put in new under sink filters part of your warranty. Tested water said it was extremely hard. Salesman told us we needed a water softener. We told him they took our working water softener last year. He said it must not had been working. So he sold us a whole house conditioner for $3,495.00. And installed a water softener. I noticed one night salt and water spraying all over my garage door. Called the office numerous times to have it serviced, no one returned mycall. Finally on 7/26/21 I got ahold of Sandy from the office she was not sure why no one returned my call. I told her my garage was filled with salt spray and my garage door was rusting. On 8/16/22 I had my garage door cable replaced due to breakage from corrosion. Ordered parts that added to $1094. Told Josh the owner he was rude called a plumber and plumber said we hadn't added enough salt to softener. Turns out Josh who we never meet came to our house admitted it water softener was not installed properly. But took no responsibility for it. Then 10/19/21 cost me $2,000 paid by credit card for addition reverse osmosis system and whole house conditioner. the came out to do warranty service cost me $820.48. OMG! Do you see where I am coming from. Can you afford this? I can't!
