      This company replaced a single senior woman’s windows in fort Myers fl after 3 month wait. Their person popped the windows in and left calling it done. Not screwed in. Not caulked. Only found thru third party inspection. Numerous calls to management to come back and finish. The finally did yet left without installing screens and cleaning windows. Not responding to multiple requests as they have been paid in full $22k (7 windows) Criminal behavior.

      Awsome people to work with most of all product is very high quality and installers are very professional. Definitely looking forward to use them again for the rest of my windows in the house

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Oct 2021 signed $22k contract for 10 windows and 1 door. July 2022 items installed. The inspection scheduled and failed due to incomplete seal around the door. The service dept arrived in Aug to seal the door. The frosted window in 2nd bath was cracked and notified the service tech. He stated new window would be ordered. Never heard from HPA the rest of 2022. Tried contacting HPA from Aug-Nov 2022 to get inspection scheduled again, window, etc. Voicemails were left on Kathy and Lennox's line, called the 5-Star Customer Service daily and left messages. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK! Nov. came, I stopped calling. In Jan 2023, FINALLY received a call from Charlie. The replacement window was in stock and service was scheduled. Due to HPA's delay on my job, the original loan expired so I had to take out 2ND loan. I now have 2 DIFFERENT payments, 2 DIFFERENT lenders and 2 DIFFERENT interest rates! In Feb, another tech came and installed the window in the bath-this window was clear and my order is frosted glass. There was an issue with the door latch, would stick. Service stated that the assembly and frosted window would be ordered. 2nd inspection was scheduled however, HPA didn't contact me to inform me of the day the inspector was scheduled for, it was dumb luck that I came home at lunch and the inspector was there-the lack of communication is astounding with this company. THE 2ND INSPECTION FAILED- due to clear bath window and the door latch. Called Charlie AGAIN and he stated the frosted window and door latch assembly were on order and it would be a few weeks. Ten weeks later, job has been open for over 1.5yrs! Called Charlie AGAIN 4/21/23 and got the run around that the window was in and he would be calling me that Mon to schedule service. Mon passed, no call from HPA. Called Charlie AGAIN 4/27/23 and was passed off to the service manager, Anthony. Anthony stated the window and door latch were NEVER ordered back in Feb! Now I'm waiting again...

      I feel ******* was a man of his word and made sure everything was handled in a professional manner. I Im very happy with the windows they installed and not only for their beauty but also for the efficiency.

      Great company, helpful personnel, especially *******, he is absolutely great. *************** excellent job w my roof. Great customer service!!!. I will do business with them again and I recommend them 200%. Thank you HPA for such a great company!!!

      I think Charlie ******* was very nice and kind. He was very helpful and had me laughing. He have a good sense of humor. I enjoy talking to him. I know when I have any questions I was sure call Charlie. Also my roof looks very good. They did a wonderful job.
