      I dont understand other comments as we had a great experience with HPC. We got a great roof and gutters. They had great customer support by always returning our calls in a timely manner and showing ** on time. ** a word they were reliable and used only quality products. We contracted with them in December and our roof was ** in January. They never asked us for a deposit and we paid them when all the work was done. They were worth every cent we paid and we have recommended them to everyone we know.

      This company does not live up to what they promise they will do. They took my $13,500.00 as a deposit in December 2022 and as of April 25 nothing has been done for a roof for me. All I want is my deposit back

      I just had a roof installed by Home Performance. I was satisfied with the work that was done and mainly satisfied with the office administration help every time I stopped by Mr ****** I will advise giving friends that if they need a roof to call this Company. Thank you ****. P

      Have called and requested service ***** on 15 different occasions. Have not received a single return call. HPA, **** fails to live up to their promises. Definitely was not worth the investment.

      ***** I have forwarded this to Operations. we certainly call our customers, text our customers and more. Why you have had several calls as an issue i am looking into it, we even have a new phone system installed as we grow to surpass the current needs to work to satisfy our customers needs from comments we receive. I promise you have have a call on Monday if we are able to reach you by phone you will hear from us sir.

      First, I was misled of the property being fixed. I have a **** sqft home in the **** *************, *******. This house has been in my family for approximately 105 years. I was charged $44,000 due to me not having insurance on it during the Hurricane ***. Although the company promise to return $9,000 so I can pay toward the $44,000. It took them 3 months to complete the job. It still does not look correct done for the amount. I am so dissatisfied. I have already sign the contract but something should be done with companies gauging people's finance during a terrible time. Hopefully, I will be able to get grants, and pay it off sooner. I am not satisfied with their service and no one will ever use them. They are scammers.

      They actually easy to deal with straight follow and honest which left me feeling comfortable. Furthermore, their honest paid me back $4000.00 which made me feel even better.

      I was told I would get a rebate back from the state. the purchase price was 7000.00. I was told I would get back 3500.00 dollars. The salesman Phil T told me he would guide me thru the process. He never did. I called the state and they told me the rebate was not retroactive. I had to apply before I installed the windows. Phil T misled me from the beginning to make the sale.

      Dear *****************: We got back to **** to get an update from him on his discussions with you. When he did the initial contract with you he stated that you had to apply and do your part in the beginning. Furthermore he told you if you had any questions or needed help to call him or the office and we would certainly assist without question. When you called **** after your install and told him what you stated here he reconfirmed his discussion with you that you had to supply the necessary documentation etc.  We want to see our customers benefit from everything that *** be available to them and give the best customer service we can. We would be happy to have **** or one of our customer service team members call you directly with anything else.
