      We ordered our Home Performance Alliance Windows in July. Our salesman *********************** was very knowledgeable and friendly. The salesperson said, "we will call you in November to set up a time to install".They called us in November, set up a time to put in our replacement windows.Everything went very smoothly in the process. We had a small issue with one of the screens and the trim and plug associates came right out and did a great job re-screening it and completing our window install. The customer service we received was excellent. I will write another review in 6 months if we have any actual problems with the windows themselves. Our experience with Home Performance Alliance was Top Notch!

      I would give this company NO stars!! When calling I get transferred to a voicemail! I get NO phone calls back!! My roof is still leaking in the bathroom, they have NOT come back out to fix it! The permits for my roof are still open & the county has not come out to inspect it. My roof would not pass inspection anyway because it's STILL leaking!!! More damage is being done!! Do NOT go with this company!! And the amount they are charging me is astronomical!!!

      Here is the update you want sooo badly!!! You SUCK!!! I don't care if you gave me a $2,000 refund ! I don't care if you made 2 monthly payments!!! I should have not have had to constantly call you & be on you for anything!!! I am over & done with you!!! You are nothing but bullies ! you put a lean on my house while my ceiling was still leaking, yes, you fixed it, but only the ceiling, the roof it STILL leaks!!! You said you had a hard time finding the right size skylight, then you suggested closing the skylight, the skylight is the reason why I bought the house!! Then you suggested going with a bigger skylight, I was ok with that, but then you ACCUSE me of costing YOU more money, NO my friend, I DIDN'T cost YOU ANYTHING!! YOU bullied ME into signing the finance contract, telling me interest rates were going up & you didn't want to charge me the new rate!! Stupid me fell for it because YOU couldn't charge me a new interest rate when the contract was already singed, just not the one for the finance company! You tell me you'll be here today between 8 & 10 AM, (Sat 4/15/23) here it is 2:00 ******** STILL WAITING!!!!!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All they worry about is ***************** No communication what so ever!!!

      I am updating this for hopefully the LAST time!! It was NOT HPA that fixed my leaking roof, it was ******* Crew that fixed it!!! All HPA did was spew more lies & more BS!! ***** not only made 2 of my payments, unlike HPA that had promised to make, he fixed my leaking ************* me, whole heartedly, do NOT for the love of god go with HPA (Home Performance Alliance) they are ***************** They make promises that they don't keep & they bully you into signing with them!!!

      This is by far the worst company I've ever used. My windows were installed early summer, 2022, Screens damaged, a missing piece on front window. It is now December 11th, still not fixed. I CANT GET A INSPECTION, because of missing piece, so my cosmetic pieces are still off, can't open some windows because of missing screens. NO one will call me back. DO NOT use this company, expensive windows, a nightmare of a company.

      You are not trying to get ahold of me, Ive been calling for over a year now. My windows still are not finished, cant get a inspection because of this. My permit went out of date in January . I call ********* almost daily. I gave up on calling *****, he doesn't answer my calls. Now ********* doesn't call me back. This company gives you no choice but to take legal action. I paid cash for these windows, big mistake. Like *** already said, this is by far the worst company I ever used.

      I have had a great response from Peter V. the V/P of the company , He listen to my concerns and was able to help me get my windows in place , in a timely manner. The workman ship was out standing as Peter had promised I am so pleased with my windows and my beautiful front door I can’t thank Peter enough for all his help

      Their pushy rep sold us windows which we were very excited to get. Months later they tell us windows wouldn't meet code and we needed to get huricane shields. We wouldn't get the windows if we had to get shields. The dishonest rep, Aaron H. tried to charge us for the shields. We asked to meet with him and he stood us up. Still has not reached out. So now we have an unenforceable contract since windows don't meet code. Also we gave him $500 cash deposit which we may need to fight to get back. I highly recommend avoiding these guys. Extremely pushy. Aaron lied to us about elements of the contract as it would relate to financing and electric bill reduction guarantee.

When the worked to get your items in place the updated site said otherwise. thats why you were given your shields for no cost. it was  Aarons way of going the extra mile to give you the shields for free for your windows. he told us he has reached out to you and he as well of our team would be happy to speak with you at anytime.       Scam. They installed the windows and damaged the house. I was told this was part of the warranty process and had to pay anyway before the repairs. I have had windows installed before and the job was totally complete to include repairs before money was requested. When you call costume service it just hangs up on you. Can not get anyone to call me back to get issues resolved. Stay away from this company

      Price everybody out there and couldn't find a better price for the quality. What with this company and they offered everything they said they would do. Don't with the previous competitor that I had to back out with because they were incompetent. Was very pleased from the outcome and our product. Highly recommended!

      Just had a two hour visit from a regional manager as a follow-up to an earlier visit by a sales rep who promised Pella Windows and a formal estimate in a day or two. That was two weeks ago. Since then we received calls setting up a second visit, and when they didn't show up the office said they had no recollection of us. So, today this nice young man arrived and did a great job...until he presented a formal estimate., which did not mention ***** or any other brand. When I requested references he called "headquarters," who would be only to glad to comply "after" I became a customer. Refused. Rep tried 2-3 other approaches to get my check, including if we allowed them to use us for a reference there'd be a discount. I had already read the reviews here, and brought them up to the ******** immediately played an *** story about the BBB potentially giving out bad ratings to companies who don't ante up $ to join. Contrived and oily approach and communications to say the least. IF they agree to my counter offer and supply credible references I would still give them a chance. And, oh yes, also include the Pella doors promised in visit #1.
