      Great windows and doors. Exceptional quality. We had our windows and doors installed exactly one month prior to Hurricane ***. Zero issues. When working with customer service- go directly to ************** He will make sure you are informed. Be patient with the timing on receiving your custom order. It takes time for the manufacture of custom windows!

      Peter V. is the Vice President of this company. He stepped in and helped me by not charging me a 20% cost for cancelling the project. He listened to my problem and the next day called me and told me the job had been cancelled . I appreciated that.

      My experience with obtaining an estimate for a roof replacement began positively however follow up was lacking. I had a positive response when talking with management regarding the issue and they were willing to work with me in the future. I'm doing my due diligence in my decision and may work with them in the future. Thank you P... for your time and courtesy.

      BUYER BEWARE. 2020 we spent almost $40,000 for windows around our house. We reported almost 3 months ago that a window has fogged up inside. We have called and emailed the company Home Performance Alliance that we purchased them from a number of times. They keep telling us we have to deal with the manufacturer now. Months ago Home Performance Alliance said we should hear back from the manufacturer within two weeks. Its been over three months. I would not recommend Home Performance Alliance. Shop around and buy from a company that will stand behind their windows and their warranty. So far this one doesnt.

      Windows were never put in right. Have all kinds of pictures of there work. Damaged when putting in, never fixed. Never received screens for 4 windows and also from not doing properly the hurricane damage was more then need be.

      UPDATE: Josh found your account under a name of **** who is the homeowner we wanted to schedule time on 10/19/22 to address the hurricane shield issues.and replace your Sliding glass door frame. we spoke to **** at your home and he asked who we were and he in a strong tone stated your company is no longer allowed on this *&*&* (expletive) property and hung up on us. OUR QUESTION IS IF YOUR WRITING TO THE BBB AND WE ARE READY TO TAKE CARE OF YOU HOEW CAN WE IF WE ARE MET WITH THIS AS A RESPONSE? PLEASE SPEAK TO JEFF AT YOUR HOME AND LET US KNOW IF WE MAY COME TO YOUR HOME TO FIX ANY ISSUES.

      The installer was on time every day. Attention. To detail was well above average. I thought s *** did a wonderful job. Dealing with the.main office was easy they answered all of our questions promptly. We would definently use their services again.

      Buyer beware. I waited over 18 years to be able to have my bathroom remodeled. Home performance alliance Turned my dream come true into an absolute nightmare. The customer service provided was the worst I've ever experienced to the point to where I actually thought I was involved in a scam. Phone calls are never returned nor emails or text messages responded to. I had multiple issues that were actually confirmed by their contractors and little was done to make corrections after many many attempts. Promises were made that were not followed through on. I was told that the shower was a seamless shower with the exceptions of the corners and now I have a seam right down the middle of my shower that I have to live with. It makes my very expensive shower look extremely cheap. The contractors themselves were a pleasure to work with for the most part but the sales and office personnel are absolutely awful. I signed my contract on February 7, 2022 and it is now August 31, 2022 and I still have not received documentation that I have requested for and also a refund that's owed to me.

As I stated i have already confirmed your credit back satisfaction that was promised to you by the manager was mailed out. It was two checks one you will receive tomorrow. you may receive both tomorrow as one was sent regular mail the other overnight. I also had the bath division resend the contract with the terms and conditions that list your proof of warranty. Its in your overnight package. Again i appreciate your positive thoughts on our installers but dismayed you were not happy with the overall sales end. Be assured your important to me and I will always be available to you with anything in the future and that comes straight from me. Thank you Ms. **** for your time today again. Peter V

      I had a follow up issue with my credit card company with a bathroom remodel transaction that I had made with Home Performance Alliance for my Tampa area home. The management team at HPA worked with me to get the problem resolved. I received professional follow up, genuine concern and the solution I sought.       I signed a contract with HPA in February and we were told we would receive our windows in May. We received a single email in March with an estimated date of completion (last week of May) and information about a portal to follow the progress of our windows. We called and were informed that the portal does not work. We called several times from may to August to find out what the estimated completion time of our windows would be. We were told each time that we would receive a call back. We never received any communication from HPA. Yesterday we called to cancel since we worried that we 1) were never going to get windows 2) if we did get windows we would be unable to get service for any warranties. After calling to cancel we did get a call back telling us we were not allowed to cancel, that our windows were almost done. We explained that we lacked faith in their ability to supply windows or services beyond installation due to the lack of communication and they promised to call us back. We have not heard back from them at this time. I am waiting to see if we can cancel to file a full BBB complaint.
