  They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and timely. They co-ordinated everything so there were no hiccups as the job pushed forward. New roof and windows. They showed up with a crew of 5 courteous individuals to install the windows and slammed it out on 1 day! Thank you HPA!Done!Thanks *****!

  Fantastic results would recommend everyone replace windows with hpa. Home was cooler the same day. Install crew was very knowledgeable, professional and kept everything clean throughout Install. Truly a great job

  Home Performance Alliance has done a wonderful job installing my windows. They showed up on time, were completely professional and proficient. Had the job completed in a timely fashion and even cleaned up when they were done which was a huge surprise.( I really thought I was going to have to vacuum.) I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market shopping for windows.

  I hired HPA in 2017 to install new Windows in my home in Port Charlotte. During the sales process and installation of the windows, everything went smoothly and I am happy with the product. However, I have since then called to get some items repaired under warranty. The pins that hold the Windows in place allowing them to rotate for cleaning are rusting on all of the windows. I have called HPA almost 20 times to get someone scheduled. I spoke to the manager of the installation department and have left messages for other managers also for a return call. The last call I left was on 06/18/24 with once again, no response. I also called them for pricing to get a new window installed and they returned my call immediately and constantly called me back for the sale. Goes to show this is not a reputable service company. All I want is for the windows to be repaired. It's obvious the follow-up service is lacking and therefore HPA does not even deserve the 3.44 rating they presently have.

  Had a good experience with the sales/financing team and the window installers. The windows are a major improvement which adds to our home's safety for Hurricane season. They facilitated the financing, installed the windows within the estimated time, the window manufacturer also inspected the installation of the windows.Where the company may improve is in offering information on tax credits for energy savings or home Hurricane mitigation programs by the state. These were not offered nor suggested by the finance nor the sales team. It was the window manufacturer who made the suggestion to look into qualifying for a program. Which you enerally cannot qualify for after the fact. Windows are expensive so any help or grants to help finance this investment would be beneficial for homeowners. Although it was part of the presentation, I can't say that the windows have improved our energy costs, as cooling is about the same performance, even after a/c was serviced. It was also said that it could improve our homeowners insurance, however, after speaking with our provider (after windows were installed) we would have had to replace the doors as well and had a wind-mitigation inspection to qualify for a discount. Overall, we are happy with our windows (made in the USA!) and working with the company, but there is room for improvement. If you want windows/doors and can afford to pay them off in 2 years (est. Monthly payment of 600+/-) to avoid interest, this company can facilitate your project through financing, permitting, and installation.

  I was reached by this company for a new roof and windows with assistance by the MySafeFlorida grant. I filled out the paperwork and such for the new roof and windows. This was in early December. I had filled out some paperwork for the company to be able to obtain permits and complete the work for the roof and the windows. They told me the windows would take a few months to arrive. The roofing materials came on December 20, and a Hispanic crew came out the next day to replace the roof. Here around 6 am, before light. At the time, I did not know there was no permit released by the county for the roof replacement. And this is only the beginning. Fast forward on the roof, they never received by signature for a Notice of Commencement, and I am trying to sell my house with the roof replaced and no actual permit issued. I have had the title company trying to reach out to the company to no avail. Each time I call, they usually let it go to voice mail now or never answer and the automated system hangs up on you. They have not even tried to remedy the situation they have caused at all. I don't even know if they really care about fixing it. The windows were permitted properly and the crew was in a hurry to leave and never said anything about the broken window, that they had to install, to their office. I had to call on that and was told that no one said anything. Also, the left a mess by one the windows they replaced, because they were in such a hurry to get out. Very rude. I have spoken with Cody and Elizabeth with the company, and all I know is that a replacement window is coming soon. I don't even know if the roofing crew is part of the company or subcontracted. They did not even follow the requirements for roofing with the county. The other thing is they need to talk to an engineer about hurricane straps, which are not even on the contract. I hope they can remedy their mess soon, and it should be all on their dime.

  Stay away from this company!We originally signed a custom remodeling agreement to purchase 11 windows from HPA Windows on Sept. 19, 2022 for $19,479.25 on an interest-free 24 month contract. After some delays due to availability of materials, the windows were installed on Dec. 19, 2022. However, there were several issues with the installation work. The installers cracked a marble sill in the bathroom, punched holes in the wallboard in the office and bedroom and failed to paint a damaged area around one of the inside windows. During the next few months and after numerous phone calls and visits by various HPA representatives (*********, *******, *****, *******, ****, **** and others), the requested inside repairs were made to our satisfaction. The repairs to the outside window trim and frames were a different story. The windows themselves work properly, but because the installation work was completed in the dark by the installers working late instead of taking 2 days like the original estimate, the outside wood frames were damaged. HPA installers cut the flanges off the window openings instead of fitting the windows into the flanges so they would anchor into the frames and seal against moisture. By forcing the windows into each frame, many gouges were created on the outside. These gouges were covered up by caulk/putty that over time turned grey against the white painted outside window frames. Various HPA people came out, noted the damage and took photos. But they were always the wrong person or didnt have materials/time to actually correct the problem. Out of frustration this spring, we ended up paying the whole bill for the windows before the due date of November 2024. We bought white paint and covered up all the marks on the outside window frames ourselves.   This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. They have zero customer service. They are always passing the buck on any issues. Made us lots of promises $40,000 later. And now 5 months after they installed our roof it is already leaking water all over my guestroom floor. No one has called me to address this roof leak issue today. I have previously spoke at length to the vice president of this company who assured me they were going to address my many issues. But to no avail. If I could give them a negative rating I would. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

  Don't even consider a company that states on their recording "We want to provide world class service". Nothing could be further from the truth! Ordered new front doors in January and still waiting for the trim to be finished one month after the doors were painted. Contacted the following employees via phone calls with no follow up or call backs, Josh Robbie, Lenox, Elizabeth, Troy and anyone that would listen. Regardless of how many messages you leave, no one has the courtesy to call you back with the status or nest steps to finish the job. Had I known this lack of customer service would be my experience, I would have gone elsewhere. If you call to speak to the owner of the company for follow up or to file a complaint you get the run around and cannot speak to them. Then to add insult to injury you are being charged for the doors before they have completed the job. Trust me when I say I am a patient person but this company either does not have enough staff or they are clueless as to what it takes to be in this type of business. I hope this serves a wakeup call to the company as a whole.
