      We signed a contract for windows to be installed. The day the install happened, the Forman left and said he would return before it was completed, but he never showed back up. The workers didn't speak English, so we didn't have any communication. The install was quick and they left. I found a shard of glass on my 9 month old son's playmat that afternoon. There was debris and the blinds left in his crib that we had to clean up before he could go to bed that night (they also didn't put anything back after moving everything around for the installation). That night when getting ready for bed, I stepped on a shard of glass in the master bedroom. My husband came in to help me and we found the floor was actually covered in shards of glass, as was the shower. We called the company and the Forman came back out with the crew and cleaned up, but we still found glass and ended up having to throw our bath mats away. The inspection scheduler messed up the scheduling so my husband lost a Day's wages. We tried rescheduling and the scheduler was rude to us, not taking responsibility for her negligence and not doing her job. We eventually got the inspection scheduled and we were failed because a screw head was broken off. So we scheduled somebody to come fix it. The repair guy showed up 5 hours early, and I wasn't prepared for him to show up so early. He called about 20 minutes later and said he was done with his other jobs and wanted to come get this job done. I was irritated with him and started telling him why and he hung up on me. I called the VP Charlie and he scheduled someone else to come out, and also mentioned that he would have the company issue a check for all of the trouble. Somebody came and made the repair and we scheduled the inspection again. This time we passed. We have been trying to schedule for the final installation without any help. In addition to this, Charlie threatened to take us to court and refused any kind of payment that he had promised earlier.

      We found Home Performance Alliance to be exceptional in quality, customer service, installation and cost effectiveness. We signed the contract in early mid April and they were installed on May 18, 2024. By the way the installers and finishers were very professional. Its getting very hot in ******* now so it was so nice to have our utility bill greatly decrease from this time last year.

      I placed an order for windows. I’ve canceled my order within the three day time period. I’ve called and texted several times. I’ve talked to Crystal, Michelle, Jack and left messages for Evette and Danny W. I can’t get a confirmation of my cancellation. No one will talk to me. I’m trying to cover myself and this company is giving me the run around.

      We entered into a contract with this company on 11/17/23. I was clear that we wanted to finance the project through Fortifi and the PACE program. Finally, in January 2024, while we were out of town, the company showed up to replace our roof. Supplies were left in our driveway. March 2024 - we got served with a lien on our home! We had to call Charlie several times to find out what was happening. He put us with a different finance company (remember, we now have a lien), so this made the new financing rate much higher than what we agreed upon. While we understand that the county issue with the PACE program is beyond anyone's fault, Charlie could have found us a better program or better yet, the company could have called us before placing a lien. The original rate was 8.5% and the new rate is 13.99%. HUGE difference! The company stopped responding to us. We had to keep asking for a letter of satisfaction and they finally sent it via email. The actual letter dated May 30th arrived yesterday. It was NOT sent weeks earlier or undeliverable. So many lies! This company employs people who do not care about customer service and force people into terrible loan agreements - even after the original agreement and contract were signed. I had to call the original company that agreed to finance us and ask them to cancel the loan today! Charlie failed to do for us as a customer. I would steer clear of this contractor. We think our roof looks fine, but who knows? Every other form of 'communication' with both Dan and Charlie has been strained. Our new finance company is investigating on our behalf now. This whole interaction has been 8 months of continual stress!!! I am certain someone will make a canned response here. We want action and we want this mess fixed and the contract honored - the one we signed on 11/17/23!

      I had an appointment with *********************** to get a price quote for my windows. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He made it very easy to understand and showed me the difference between their windows and other ones on the market.I chose HPA windows and I'm looking forward to the finished project.I definitely would recommend Home Performance Alliance to my friends and family.       Was told by ***********************, new windows are manufactured by them. They give a double life time warranty and the warranty is transferable. The contract clearly states limited warranty and not transferable.

      Ill send the copy of the contract and highlight where it clearly says not transferable and limited warranty. The salesman said they were a window manufacturer. Keep my file as a record.

      I have been trying to get a warranty honored for the past four years. I finally managed to get them to answer me because I called the news, and Mr. Peter responded. It took more than three or four months for the replacement of my six windows to begin. They only brought two, and I'm waiting for the rest, but they have yet to answer me. There needs to be a follow-up or commitment to the client, which shows that I paid $25,000 for the bad work and the poor guarantee. We will continue to inform you how this ends.

      I left you a message on your phone today that the rest of your order arrived earlier this week. we are now ready to replace all the factory replacements. Please note for the BBB and for everyone else the main issue you had was not "bad work" from us but **** windows had seal failure from the factory which happens time to time from factory. but that's why you have a Warranty. I know you waited for a while but we were at the mercy of the factory when the order was put in.

      Again the good news we are ready to schedule you we will call you or you can call me directly as you have my number. Please update the BBB when we finish. thank you

I sent you a text message that I still have on my cell phone  that day, and i have always answered your questions.       I hope that with my follow-up and the fact we contacted you the minute the remaining windows came in it shows I did my job and hope you will give us consideration for a better rating on this response.

      Suppose I am touching all the bases to be able to have a guarantee on some windows that I paid ****** dollars for, which, by the way, has caused a headache. Thank you for the help, but everything came out when I called the news at that moment you came in because it took more than four long years for them to give me help, and if it had not been for the news, I would not have received help, and again Thank you. But it is still a not very good experience we have had; I don't know how many months it took, and they still haven't repaired what was there and save you have to take out one that they put in, believe that that is help, but again Thank you for your help. We continue waiting.

      Was very professional. Completed in a timely manner. Nicely done clean up after work was completed. Work was completed in less than a day. Windows have made a very discernable difference in both heating and cooling bills. Only difficulty was communication with foreman. Foreman spoke broken English and I do not speak Spanish. Definitely would recommend this company to others for replacement windows.
