      We signed a new windows contract with Home Performance Alliance for our 35 yr old house after meeting with ***********************: he shared a quality product, addressed all questions and concerns, and worked with the local office to get best possible price for our specific needs and wishes. All processes from the exact window measuring through installation, final county inspection, and HPA's final wrap up was explained in detail. *****'s knowledge of product and no-pressure presentation made this a pleasant experience.The install crew, **** and ***, arrived within the scheduled time. They were very friendly and polite. After the process was explained they got right to work. Any issues they ran into were explained in detail. The work area was kept picked up as they finished each room. The wrong screens were sent with the windows and **** called the office and took care of getting the correct ones ordered. The new windows look great including the caulking. We are very pleased with ****, *** and the installation.Unrelated to sales and installation, the communication between different entities and to the customer were lacking in regard to updates and window arrival to warehouse and arranging installation.The 5 star rating is for sales, installation and product.

As to which notice against entering or remaining is given, either by actual communication to the offender or by posting, fencing, or cultivation as described in s. 810.011;Trespass on property other than a structure or conveyance occurs when a person willfully enters (or remains in) any property other than a structure or conveyance without being authorized, licensed, or invited. This is generally considered a first-degree misdemeanor which can result in spending up to one year in jail.For those thinking about ignoring no soliciting signs think again... The license allows you to engage in soliciting activity provided that the homeowner or community you approach do not have a no soliciting sign posted. If you set foot on a property with a no soliciting sign uninvited or your not enforcement, that is considered Trespass. There is no loophole...

      HPA has not and probably will not live up to the guarantee thats is lifetime ,to fix windows that need repair !! We have had our window for about 1 1/2 ,made several phone calls to *****,****** ,****************************** and today to ****** !! Screen door has not been right since installation,now also have a window that is not opening !!No one has bothered to get these repaired ! All empty promises and guarantees ! Please do not waste your money on this company ,bae cause they do not back up what they say!!Worst follow and customer service we have ever experienced!!I give zero star ratings

      Our experience with HPA was entirely positive. Contracts are clearly written, the windows are high quality, and the entire installation process was done in a professional manner. It took a long time for the township to issue the permit but that isn't HPA's fault. Once the permit was issued an appointment for the installation was immediately arranged. We are satisfied with our eperience. ****** *

      Poor customer service, contract not fulfilled in promised time. Contract unfulfilled at time of complaint. 9 months into this ordeal. Promised 0% for 2 years on window loan, has been 3 months into 24 month period with work incomplete. Reached out multiple times with no resolve. How is it not possible to get irritated when a company does not seem to give a ****. They got what they wanted, ***** you.

      Home Performance Alliance installed 24 windows in my house in Jan-Feb 2013. All of the windows either have orange color or clouding between the glass. Left message on 11/2/23 with Elizabeth, she never called me back. Left message on 11/8/23 with Lenox, he never called me back. I actually talked to someone on 1/25/24 but nothing became of the call. Left message on 1/29/24 with Lenox, he never called me back. Called on 1/31/24 and insisted to talk to someone. Spoke with Lenox and sent him pictures of windows and my contract. Still have not received a call back. Please RUN AWAY from this company. They have numerous complaints and lawsuits against them. Even the Florida state Attorney General had a lawsuit against them. Just look the company up and see for yourself. They should be shut down. I have a house full of windows that need to be replaced. You would think they would back their windows but obviously they don't. Don't use this company, you will be very sorry if you do. Next complaint is to the Attorney Generals office

      We apologize for getting back to you late I have researched your project and Lennox and I have been discussing what we need to send to the factory to make things right for you for this 2013 install. Lennox did speak to you and contacted the factory which is Doers Windows" he sent over all your information and photos to them. They actively perform service on their own windows. if they dont reach out to you in 7 days let us know directly. we will call them again and let them know you need to have their service team reach out asap.

      Everything I call they lead me to believe they make out a repair order. That is if you can actually talk to someone. They do not return calls. This is approaching 2 years of poor business tactics.

      Had my shower installed. Now I have mildew along the bottom shelf is loose and the installer left scratches on the shower walls and a scratch on where you step in. I have called and sent an email but does not answer back. I am very disgusted. They have been paid through a loan company

      They took my $3000 deposit and then disappeared. It's been 5 months! We have called, texted and emailed every day and no one at the office will even return the calls/messages. The sales rep, Thomas ******, hasn't helped us either. He has no answers! It's insane. Now we're fighting to get our $3000 back but again ZERO RESONSE. Lawyers are next step.

      Dear Sir: ***************** we tried to obtain a permit to complete the scope of work requested but to engineering issues it was out of scope and we needed to cancel it once we knew we were unable to go forward.


      We refunded your ******** credit immediately once we were unable to move forward.

      H.P.A. renovated two of my bathroom. ***** and helper did a great job. The renovation went smooth The guy hard working people. Respectful and clean. I love my bathrooms, thank you ***** and thank you H.P.A. ***********************.
