What really stood out was his approach-no high-pressure sales tactics, just clear and patient explanations. He took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I fully understood my options. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty, which made my decision easier. I opted to move forward with the recommended service, and he completed everything in the same visit.

      American -Air -Plumbing-Electric was great. The plumbing technician- **** ****** was super friendly and very professional, he worked very hard and efficient and left the area super clean arms ready. My family and I are very happy with his work, they installed our gas propane tank to our new pool heater and finally we were able to jump in the pool with warm 90 Degrees temperature. I would recommend ********** work and professionalism to all customers looking for ********************, gas and electrical services. Thank you American -Air -Plumbing-Electrical.. You have an excellent and professional staff.

      I spent $24,000 to have my whole system replaced. It was the dead heat of summer & too dangerous for my pets to be in the house so we went for it even though it seemed high. We felt like their on-site customer service and attentiveness was worth it and we would have a good relationship with this company in the future for service etc. We got the service plan as well. Now that the work is installed, they've cancelled multiple times at the last minute for my service calls. They keep offering to extend my service plan, but what good is that if the don't ever actually come out and do the work? After the most recent last minute cancelation (which I stay home from work for) I was fairly upset. It had already happened at least once before. They rescheduled me for about a month and a half later again. Each time I call, they say their records show that I cancelled, but I have not cancelled a single time. Two weeks ago I got a text saying they were going to automatically renew my membership. I decided that since I struggle to get anyone out here, the membership was not worth renewing. I called and told them to not auto-renew my membership, but confirmed with the person on the phone that my appointment for today still was on the schedule. When no one showed up today I called, and of course they had cancelled my appointment for today as well. I was livid. They offered to pass me off to a manager, but at this point I have had enough, and will just have to count my membership as a lost value. I think I got one of the two promised visits out of it tops. This has been an incredible time waster for me, and my faith in this company plummeted. The initial install was pretty good. They did fail inspection, but came out and fixed it promptly. In the year since I spent $24,000 with this business, there has been a piece of the indoor handler that has popped open on the side, and I can't get anyone to come out and service the machine in general. Very unhappy with this company.

      Much more interested in selling a new system than in making any repairs. Many complaints are listed on Yelp regarding sales tactics and pricing.

      Every technician Ive had between an AC issue and four maintenance visits have been excellent. I also love the way the company communicates efficiently and effectively via text with tracking of the tech as they approach.
