      Have been a customer with ********************** Air and Heat here in ****** ******* for 2 years now, they really have their stuff together! From the salesman to the receptionists/customer service reps, to the install team to the field technicians, everyone is always courteous professional and polite! My field technician today was a guy named ****, and he is a perfect example of how a good polite employee should be. Thanks American Air and Heat we really appreciate you! -**************** *******.

      Ambassador of their Company named ***, came out to give a 2nd opinion of a condenser coil leak made earlier in the day May 30, 2024. A small leak was discovered and Del Air added 4 lbs freon. I called America Heat and Air after. The system was working great. ***, from America Heat and Air comes in after a quick "inspection" and tells my wife, my 88 year old mother, my 8 month pregnant daughter and my 3 year old granddaughter the system is broken, there is no freon and gave us a quote for $14,500 for new system. He also told my wife he had to speak to me because she "wouldn't be able to understand" the quote. I work away from the home and my wife is more than qualified to make a decision. BOTTOM LINE. The system worked great when he came and WAS NOT WORKING, when he left.I called a AC qualified family friend a hour later. He came to the house and showed my wife the system was unplugged and there was plenty of freon. We were lied to by ***,My wife and the women of my family were disrespected, left with a shut off unit and told it would cost $14,500 to cool them off. This company claims to follow THE GOLDEN RULE. Instead they sabotaged a functioning system, then attempted to rip us off?

      **** was amazing with all the information he gave me and also a video I watched that was no more than 10 minutes that helped me to see and understand the importance of having additional products to help my A/C and my home to have better air quality and help with my health issues as well! I am understanding that its not just putting in a A/C system but the different products help all around and I would definitely recommend him and American Air & Heat. I am extremely grateful and at ease!

      **** was great. Florida weather is so hot, even in May he spent hours to test everything and diagnose properly. He explained everything positive and negative, gave me solutions for short term vs. long term. He went out and did more work after I was consulted. Highly recommended. Great representative, appreciated company work ethic.

      We have a contract with American Air and Heat so when there was a problem they responded right away. As it turned out the duct work needed repair and we were leaving for a week long trip. *******************, the Install Manager, worked with me and set up the repairs immediately upon our return. ************************** and his associate completed the duct work in several hours and did a great job! Special thanks to ******************** and his associate for a job well done!
