      Ordered a lock for my pool gate in June, the lock arrived in August and didn't fit, he then stated he found another but the cost was so astronomical that i said no, please return the lock that i paid a deposit on for 525.00 and refund the money, I requested a refund on Oct 2, he filed the form, i assume, stated it would take 30 business days for the refund, that date passed, then quoted 7-10 business days, then December 9, he texted and said 2-4 days it would hit my bank from Square, that did not happen, I contacted square and they had no transaction other than the 525.00, I originally paid. I have documentation all on my text re the conversations unending. He (Chris) the owner, said they were charging me a restocking fee of 75.00, however i should be refunded the 525.00 without that fee at this point.

      3.15.23 Chris came to repair front door and rekey file cabinet lock. He stated would come back because did not feel like completing job that day. He took file cabinet lock off to take with him and said would order a new one instead of rekeying like I requested. Charged $250 - paid cash. He never returned to complete job although I made many phone calls, text, and emails. 5.9.23 he finally stated would bring my file cabinet lock back. He never showed, so continued to text and call. 5.12.23 he dropped off lock outside of front door without replacing it on file cabinet and texted would send me a complete refund of $250. Continued to call & text...left many messages. I have never received a refund. 6.2.23 Contacted office again and spoke with Christine. She said would mail refund. Still no refund. Continued to call, leave voice mails and text. 6.13.23 Chris messaged asking if I had cash app. So, I sent him my ***** cash app account and he replied don't have it will just mail refund. This is what was said before by Chris and Cristine in office with no check being sent by mail. Please help recover my $250 for service and work not completed since 3.15.23.
