      Retained attorney *********************************** and have had a horrible experience. #1) changed her hourly billing, one month after retaining her and then when I asked about it, I received no reply. #2) Told the judge in court that the reason she lacked information on my case is because she just received the case when she had the case for 4 months prior. #3) I was not even informed of a case management hearing that I had until it was over and couldnt participate.

      Our firm strives to provide outstanding service to all clients at all times, so it is unfortunate to receive a complaint that we did not meet those expectations. However, there is a difference of opinion on the issues which may provide explanation. Client retained the firm at the end of 2022 and the attorney rates changed January 2023, which change was noted to the client.Further, client representation was being transferred from the clients prior attorney, and certain information was not received prior to a hearing from the prior firm, which was explained to the court as to why additional time was needed for certain preparation. Finally, the case management hearing is not a substantive hearing, but an opportunity to meet with the court and opposing counsel to clear dates leading up to trial, which would generally not include client participation. For these reasons, the firm stands behind ************************ and her handling of the case, but of course regrets that the client is not satisfied with the legal service.
