      I Had found the couch I wanted on line at Rooms To Go. com .Now I havent been in Rooms to Go in many many years. I walked in the store and I was So Impressed. The Quality of furniture was up to par with the high rated luxury stores. ******* greeted me as I was browsing. And ******* found The chaise couch I was looking at online.. Well it looked much better than the picture did on line. I immediately said I wanted it and ******************** me about the recliner chair that goes with it. . So that will be ordered also. ******* made me feel like I knew her my entire life. So helpful and genuine. We Were trying to figure out the left or right side chaise for my home. . We finally did .. and my furniture will be in my home in a few weeks. A great experience!! A great Store And an AWESOME salesperson, *******. Rooms t Go will be my g o to store for all my home funite needs from now on.

      Do not buy Fortegra extended warranty with your furniture. They do not cover tears, rips and holes in my couch after 14 months! They sent 2 different techs out and told me that insurance will cover only manufacturing defects, and spills. Red flag- they aren't registered with the BBB. If your renting your unit- plan your purchase not to be covered by Rooms2Go! 2023 *****

      No stars!!!! My family purchased the Eric Church edition leather couch, love seat and matching recliner. (Grey) The leather on the loveseat and couch, which is rarely sat in, started showing white patches. This is less than a year from purchasing. Upon purchasing the extended warranty plan, we were told that the damage was not covered under the warranty. Needless to say, we will never buy anything from this company again. Don’t buy from this company, as they do not back up their product or value their customers!

      Purchased a sectional in December of 2020 with a 3 years extended warranty. Couched was back ordered for several months before getting delivered in early 2021. The sectional broke recently internally when sitting on it. Attempted to file a claim for repair which was rejected because the warranty does not cover noises. The sectional broke internally and they are expecting me to turn it over to see what broke, otherwise it was just a noise and couldnt help me further. I called Rooms to Go corporate and spoke to customer service. Absolutely no use and no help. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS PLACE! Store is useless when calling and puts it on Corporate who is useless too. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND **** PRODUCTS.

      Do not waste your money buying furniture here, and DO NOT buy the extended warranty!!! Our $3,000 sofa started falling apart after 1 year. The salesman told us that the extended warranty would cover those things and it unfortunately did not. We filed a claim and were denied coverage of the sofa falling apart.

      This company stole from me. My x Husband had an account and changed bank information.. Actually it was through acceptance now. There was an account on file that was used bur not tied to his account in another state. I am not on the account nor was my banking information.When the company could not collect they somehow saw a card that was used in my name but not for this contract and unauthorized took a payment from my account. I now have to close that account Never give credit or bank accounts to this company they keep your cards .

      I think the company is selling brand name refurbished mattresses at a higher price. I have received three replacement mattresses and each one after five or six months; they would start to show wear. all three showed to be defective. each time I contacted them about the problem they would have all types of reason for the problems that didn't make sense to me at all. am tried of paying for a mattress and cannot get any credit without starting payment all over again.

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROOMS TO GO!I purchased furniture over $5000.00 from Rooms To Go on Labor Day 2023 in *******, *****. Two of three pieces were scheduled by November 13, **** between a window of 11 - 3 PM. I reserved the freight elevator/dock for use by the Rooms To Go delivery. On the 11th, the delivery called to move the time up to 10:30, then changed the time to Noon, then 2, then 3. They arrived afterwards and made no attempt to call or wait to use the freight elevator since they were outside their arrival time. **************** explained that their delivery service has a right to ALL DAY delivery times and it was not their fault they missed their requested time frame to use the freight elevator. Their only recourse is to reschedule another week out or so and hope that it doesn't happen again.It goes without saying the inconvenience of delayed satisfaction of expensive ********** items that have taken months to receive. Or the waiting all day for a delivery time frame that only seemed to be for the purchaser and not the delivery guys. The most frustration is the lack of customer service and the dejected feeling of speaking with a department that will not apologize nor have any consideration for money or time spent in their store.Guess I have to pull my patio furniture into my empty den area, I stupidly emptied and clean in anticipation of my $5000 recliners. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROOMS TO GO!

      I purchased furniture from Rooms to go ******* back in April2023. The bed delivered broken, sofa ripped under, chairs ripped under. I was told to return to the store to reselect. Do I did. My second selection was less than the first. I was supposed to receive a credit but was given an in store lesser credit because I was told the salesman will have to pay back. My instore credit was used for lamps which was back ordered and cancelled by the store. Thereafter, store Manager is refusing to allow me to use my credit. Many excuses. I do hope ******** General get involved especially in this specific store for fraudulent transactions, refunds not credited to my accounts and this store is robbing customers blind in turn favoring the sales employees and not giving customers their valid credit.

      We bought our sectional and the extended warranty from Rooms To Go in early 2020. The couch started ripping at seams in multiple locations and the warranty denied our claim after months of back and forth. We returned to the store where they suggested we should have dealt with them to make the warranty company (that we purchased from r2g) honor the claim but that since the warranty was expired even though we had months of documentation before the warranty was lapsed they could not help us. The warranty company is horrendous, they stopped communicating with us despite our efforts to reach them as a tactic to run the warranty out. My parents have had many r2g couches and all have had issues and never lasted, their latest purchase of power leather (and undeclared vinyl parts) recliners failed with ripping (of vinyl) and power issues in the first year. They are priced slightly lower than others out there but on a budget, I'd go with Ikea otherwise pay a bit more for a better product and company. If you do purchase from Rooms to Go don't pay extra for the warranty or be prepared to have to put in some serious time and aggravation to possibly get resolution. I am now stuck with a 3-year-old misshapen couch that is coming apart at the seams and is frankly an eyesore and embarrassing to have. At least when I have guests and I am explaining our ugly couch it's a clear warning against buying R2G- best advertising is word of mouth and in this case, a picture is worth a thousand lost customers.
