      WORST COMPANY! NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I bought $4000 worth of furniture with warranty. A month after it was delivered one of the dining chairs broke. Warranty came out and said on ring camera footage, provided to the company, when asked what happens next "They will reach out in 3-5 business days for the replacement, we can not fix this or take it back so I do not care what you do with it" They REFUSED to replace the dining chair under warranty because he did not say the words "throw it out" but rather said "I do not care what you do with it, we can not take it back" He NEVER said we needed to keep the chair for the replacement. THIS COMPANY LIES ABOUT THEIR WARRENTY. I HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGE THAT I PROVIDED TO THEM. Then when making me buy a new chair, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE SAME WARRANTY...... THAT DOESNT WORK! SERIOUSLY? I said lol that must be a joke. NEVER EVER EVERRRRRRR buy from this company. I will not and am certainly spreading the word of my experience to everyone I know, I suggest you look at ****** reviews and sort lowest to highest to see this is a VERY COMMON PROBLEM.

      We are in receipt of our customers review.

      Rooms To Go, like most all retailers, requires the consumer to return the product in exchange for replacement merchandise or a refund. This is also printed on the terms of sale located on their purchase receipt.

      Although we sincerely sympathize with their concerns, we are unable to give new furniture for free nor refund for furniture not return. Our records reflect the customer was given the authorization to exchange 1 side chair. Our customer care department spoke to the customer at length regarding this matter. The customer provided video for review. However, the technician did not indicate or tell customer they could dispose of the chair. For this reason, we regret their claim was denied.

      Our office has reached out to the customer via email. The customer went ahead and purchased a new chair. As a 1-time gesture of good will, our office has authorized our accounting department process a refund for the new chair in the interest of satisfying this matter. We have advised to allow up to 21 business days to process and 1-2 billing cycles to show on their finance statement.

      Let me say this was the worse and when I say worse experience fire I went to Orlando location was profiled very bad cancel the order few days later then I said let call Miami dadeland location samatha was nice at first then turned to snake she called me two weeks after asking for the payment when I told her they came brought wrong couch and she still said I need pay so I said why should pay when I asked you switch she said still Pay I did and today I get text saying confirm pick i said no I want full refund and this off my credit report this was the worse my contract is still active paid and I am getting told that I need return I am letting you know now how unprofessional this company is I was hung on serval times and from start I should knew they was not good company bout respect and keeping things professional this was worse service and I will be alerting credit report know and if they want resolve it best contact me I have full video how when I walked in rooms to go how I was treated honestly the video alone I shouldn’t be in this situation and treated better this honestly scary issue .

      On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any misunderstandings or lack of professionalism they may have experienced.

      As our office is concerned by the allegations expressed in said review, we will be sharing a copy with the area regional manager to further investigate the allegations and address any issues should it be deemed necessary. Unfortunately, any information acquired is privileged and confidential and would not be released to the public.

      With respect to the customers order, we have reviewed the account. At some ********************** locations, Acceptance Now (RAC) offers a rent-to-own lease option as an alternative for customers who do not qualify for or do not wish to pursue traditional financing. RAC is a rent to own agency. They are a separate and independent company not affiliated with Rooms To Go. Rooms To Go sells the product to Acceptance Now and they in turn enters into a rental agreement directly with the customer. In order to complete this transaction, our customer fully executed all the paperwork detailing the terms of said transaction with RAC to acquire the furniture in the home. Any corrections to the order or billing is done through RAC directly.

      Please understand that Rooms To Go is solely the retailer. Unfortunately, this is out of our jurisdiction. Therefore, any further inquiry should be directed to Acceptance Now.

      Rooms to Go are a bunch of quick turn furniture hustlers. They sell cheap products with little or no warranty. Once it leaves their warehouse, they wash their hands of any further concerns. I had purchased a $2500 split king with an adjustable base. The bases are pieces of ****. I had a motor go out on it while I am still paying on this set, and was told it only had a 90 day warranty. They told me they would sell me one for $300! When I bought it, I was told it had a 5 year warranty. (they forgot to mention it was only on the frame) Rooms to go said, sorry, we cannot help you. You need to go through the manufacturer. If they sell it, they need to take some responsibility when customers are unhappy about the products they sell! Buyers beware when purchasing from Rooms to go. Make sure you KNOW THE WARRANTY. Its not a matter of if it breaks down, but when!

      We would like to express our apologies, for any misunderstanding our customer may have had regarding their purchase.

      Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects as stated on the terms of sale located on their purchase receipt.However, adjustable bases are only serviced by the manufacturer within their limited warranty as stipulated on the terms on the manual consumers receive when acquiring the product. The vendor will cover cost for parts and labor on vendor related issues in the 1st 90 days from date of delivery. From year 1-5, the frame is what is under warranty.

      Since date of delivery on 6.21.22, we show no records of any verbal or written communication regarding any issues with this furniture until 9.25.23.

      Although we sympathize with their concerns, we regret the consumer is responsible for any repairs outside the scope of the guidelines mentioned above.

      Horrible customer service. My couch and love seat won’t recline. Been giving problems since it was bought. Bought extended warranty. Been 3 months and still sines have the replacement parts. I be called them several times. I even called head quarters. The furniture is worthless and customer service even more terrible. Do not buy from this company they will scam you.

      Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects as stated on the terms of sale located on their purchase receipt. This expired as of 12.08.22. They purchased an optional extended service plan powered by Fortegra.



      Our records reflect after delivery, the customer reported an issue on ******* and service was sent out. An exchange of the loveseat was completed on 3.23.22. Since that time, we show no record or any verbal or written communication regarding any further issues until 7.29.23 in which they were advised they would need to get service approval from Fortegra. Our records reflect ******** reviewed the findings and authorized for parts to be ordered to complete repair.



      Please understand the time period given by the manufacturer is an approximation of 90 **** *********** are sent as soon as they are available or manufactured. We have reviewed with our parts office and were made aware the parts were shipped to the customer and delivered on ********. Customer will need to get with ******** should they need to have service back out for installation.

      HELP
      I purchased a recliner from Rooms To Go in June 2023, and informed the sale associate, I was deploying overseas for three years. The sale associated assure me the item would still be under warranty. The item arrived at my home. A few days later the mover arrived to pack and ship my house hold good (HHG) . I arrived overseas and my HHG arrived in September 2023. The Rooms to Go item still in the box unopened.
      I was excited and couldn't wait to install my recliner together. Keep in mind. The only requirement was to install the leg and headrest. That was the issue. The head rest will not install. I contacted ******* NC Rooms 2 Go and they (Room 2 Go) gave me a number to call (warranty service). I was informed by the warranty service because the purchase items is no longer at the purchase address ******* NC. The item is no longer under warranty.
      When I informed the sale person that I was moving, he should have told me the item would not be under warranty. Now I'm out of $1,300.
      I feel like Rooms 2 Go should do better. I offered to return the item back and pay for the shipping. In order to get my refund. There response was sorry.
      I'm sharing this because I work hard and out of $1,300. And if I can prevent one person from this horrible experience. Mission was accomplished.

      This is in response to our customers review.

      First and foremost, we thank our customer for their service. Please express our apologies for any misunderstandings or inconvenience experienced.

      Our office has reviewed the customers account. Unfortunately, we do not show any indication on the account/invoice that the furniture was purchased with the intention of moving it to a different home due to a PCS move, let alone out of the country. Our records reflect the furniture was delivered on 6.08.23 to the ************** address provided at the point of sale. Please understand furniture is covered for 1-year against manufacturers defects at the delivery location as stated on the terms of the contract. For this reason, it is important customers review their product upon delivery to ensure it is complete, correct and/or undamaged if they intend to move it elsewhere.

      Regrettably,we have no way of verifying that the product we delivered 3-months prior to their move was damaged at that time or due to their move overseas. In view of this,we would be unable to accept return of the product given the above stated information. We understand the customer may need to file a claim through their moving company.

      I bought mattress and has 10 years warranty , first it took a month to reply my emails and they sent tech to approve my if mattress is defective and again no response, when I call I was told that they left message on my old phone number even though I asked to delete that number and update. I was told I can order on line with full credit, than online I was told I need to visit local store, I didn’t like any mattress but I had to purchase bcs they can’t give me refund check. They are charging me disposal fee for old mattress and shipping for new mattress even though they are going to pickup and drop at the same time. Finally I paid difference and sales person told me mattress will deliver next day BUT now they need approval from corporate for this. Why you charge my card and why you gave me all false statements. Ppls I spoke with or email or chat. Manager at Arlington store Associate at Arlington store. And three more online chat person. I have names of everyone if corporate read this message.

      A couple of years ago, I ordered my ******************************** nursery set in a beautiful crisp white.This year, she had another baby, so I ordered another crib. The first one said white, but it was clearly cream, so we ordered and exchange. Again, boxes said white, but clearly cream. This is so deceptive, as it shows white on-line and in store. So, we exchanged for the white ************************* delivered today, and low and behold, it says white and again, its cream. You guys need remove all pictures and floor samples in white and call it what it is, cream. It does not even come close to white.SHAME ON ROOMS TO GO!!!!

      Like most retailers, we are unable to take responsibility for any color variances there might be with the furniture we sell. It is sold to the consumer exactly how the vendor sells it to us. There are many different shades of white manufacturers may use as there are cooler whites and warmer whites. Unfortunately, lighting in the home is a factor as to how product shade may look vs what it looks like in one of our showrooms or online. This is industry wide and regret it is out of our control.

      We bought a bedroom set and was sold an adjustable base that the technician they send told us wouldn't work for our bed. After multiple attempts dealing with customer service, they say it's been too long even though the base is still in it's original packaging, never opened, and is in climate controlled storage. They will not stand by their product. We were talked into something that we can't use by a member of their sales team and management team and they will not take the item back. We are stuck paying for something we can't use.
