They basically wouldnt honor their warranty. Ive had to cut this review down because they dont allow me to write a lot. The Tempur-pedic people came out and told me that rooms to go and installed my bed incorrectly. They replaced the base and no problem and its zero cost of rooms to go, however Didnt have the same mattress and did it as reselection however, that I had to pay all of the cost taxes and another cover to cover the cost of their warranty which by the way the covers dont work. When I went to the store, the guy tried to tell me the only mattresses they had were two and $4000 , I eventually found some cheaper mattresses and one that was close to what I had. They refuse to give it to me at the price that the warranty gave Eye eventually agreed to pay $400 difference. When I checked out, I found the charge me $800 difference with all kinds of taxes and stuff added into the bill manager who I met with. They told me he would handle it and instead disappeared when I called back and asked for the manager they told me they werent allowed to get him, I asked for the corporate office and was given another number to customer service. Absolutely disgusting. They wouldnt even honor their own warranty I feel completely taken advantage of. They knew I was legally blind and tried to sneak a **** in and then tried to tell me they only had two mattresses on the floor , they thought they would take advantage of me and they almost did I feel completely taken advantage of at a time where I spent a month in the hospital and then came home to falling on the floor. This mattress also sent me to the hospital because it had thrown me on the floor, and I hurt my arm and shoulder , I even said I wasnt going to go after them for the medical bills. I just wanted my **** bed to be fixed. I cannot believe this. When somebody takes advantage of me because Im blind, and you try to lie to me it really ****** me off and when you dont on your on your warranty,Rooms To Go

We are in receipt of our customers claim.
On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience or misunderstandings they may have experienced.
We find it unfortunate to be made aware of the allegations brought forth. Our records do not indicate the customer ever reported any alleged incidents with the furniture they had delivered in 2021. The customer would need to contact our customer care office in order to file a formal report since they have mentioned it. Please note that Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects as stated on the terms of sale located on the purchase receipt. Theirs expired on 3.5.22. Mattresses have a longer limited warranty our company will abide by.
With respect to their situation, we have reviewed the account in its entirety. Regarding the adjustable base and the mattress protector, they have their own respective warranties but are solely serviced by each of their manufacturers after delivery has taken place. Since delivery, we show no record of any issues ever reported (verbally or written communication)until 6.26.23. The above information was provided to them.
As far as the mattress, records show a technician was sent out to the home to evaluate the sagging. It was deemed the issues were covered and merited replacement on the mattress. Because it was no longer available from the vendor, a reselection was authorized. This is for equal value paid at the point of sale. If greater, consumers pay the difference in price plus the transportation/ disposal fees as printed on the terms of sale. Our customer reselected their mattress and chose one that was more in price than the piece initially purchased; therefore, the customer was responsible for the difference and the stated fees.

People stay away from rooms to go specially when they have sales like mattress and or sofas! We were looking for some tempu mattress and we happen to walk in just to check the store out and we’re greeted by a very pushy saleswoman. She stated that they have all mattress sales tempu mattress on sale for $1499.00 each. We were looking for a split king with adjustable bed frame. Come to find out that they were mattress were manufacture 2019 and she told me that it’s warranty was for 10 years! LIE! Also found out I can buy the same mattress brand new from tempu for 1500 each and their warranty! So bewared when you shop at rooms to go! Do your research, they work on commission and they will try to sell you anything and everything.Rooms To Go

As our office is concerned by the allegations expressed in said review, we will be reviewing a copy with the area regional manager to further investigate the allegations and address any issues should it be deemed necessary.
With respect to the bedding, all bedding we sell comes brand new from the manufacturer. Due to heavy volume, our inventory changes constantly; therefore, product does not stay in stock long. Furthermore, the date the product is manufactured does not affect the length of warranty on said product. Like most retailers, we offer a 1-year warranty from date of delivery/pickup. The vendor offers a longer limited warranty that our company will honor under their guidelines.

Purchased a $4,000 outdoor patio dining set. The table was welded on a haphazard manner with the leaf section not matching up correctly.Poor manufacturing has left us with a negative opinion amd we won't be purchasing from this company again. I wish I could upload photos for all to see.Rooms To Go

My daughter bought a sleeper sofa for me in August 2022 so she would have a place to sleep when she came to visit and take care of me as I went through cancer treatments.Within 6 months, the cushions and the mattress began to flatten are now almost useless.I have had put a couch cushion support plus support to insert in the cushions.It's a nightmare.My daughter tried to reach out to Rooms To Go before August, 2023 but she was told it was west and tear. The mattress was only used three times before it began to flatten. And sofa did not have much use except for an occasional visitor. I have had to start using my patio chairs for visitors. I don't expect anything to be done about this but I just had to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment in Rooms To Go Furniture Company.Rooms To Go

Like most retailers, Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects and workmanship as stated on the Terms and Conditions of Sale located on the purchase receipt provided at the point of sale.Unfortunately, the warranty for this order expired as of 8.17.23. Since the date of delivery, we show no records of any verbal or written communication in reference to any issues ever reported regarding the furniture until this review.
As a gesture of good will, our office has generated a service as a 1-time courtesy for our customer. The technician will go out to evaluate the piece and repair if the issues are within the guidelines of the warranty. The customer will need to contact our customer care department in order to schedule said appointment. Please note if the issues are not repairable or considered consequential damage, no course of action would be presented. This offer is valid until 12.01.23.

1 starso I purchased $12000 worth of furniture at the end of June 2023 for delivery end of July 2023 all went well until the 4000K sofa was delivered and was damaged and I just asked that the one damaged piece be replaced, no rush. I was told the sectional was discontinued and I would have to do a reselection so I had to pick a sectional that I really did not care for only to find out after 2 months and delivery that they were still selling the original I was so upset and called and they agreed it was their fault but now I have to wait 2 more months to get the original sofa!! so a total of 7 months!!!! This is just so wrong and I can not even sit on the replacement sofa as it is so uncomfotable that I have gone to a spinal specialist and every part of my body hurts and I have to sit in my bedroom. If I could leave zero stars, I would. We had a 3k dollar sectional delivered Oct. 2020. I was explicitly told by my sales person that I was purchasing an 5 year extended warranty. Almost immediately after purchase it started giving us problems. Rooms to go replaced it. In this time, I was going through trials in life, including miscarriages and having a baby who was immediately hospitalized after an emergency C-section. I suffered postpartum. I finally called about the couch and they told me that my warranty expired 9 days ago. 9 days. I dont have the money for a new couch. I guess I was told wrong about it being 5 years, thats my fault for not reading the fine print. Just beware that they do not care about you as an individual person and the warranty is basically useless.Rooms To Go

Like most retailers, Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturers defects and workmanship as stated on the Terms and Conditions of Sale located on the purchase receipt provided at the point of sale.Unfortunately, the warranty for this order expired as of 10.17.21. They purchased the optional extended service plan powered by ********. Their coverage expired as of 10.22.23. Since the replacement on 12.26.20, we show no records of any verbal or written communication in reference to any further issues with the furniture until now.
Although we value their business and sympathize with their concerns, there is no active warranty nor plan coverage. Therefore, ******** would be unable to make any considerations given the length of time stated ******.

1 starI ordered a recliner a vendor through rooms to go. It was supposed to be delivered Oct.5th,but was never sent the delivery company and never delivered. I have been trying to get my chair or my money back with no success. Please don't ever purchase furniture here as you will never get it.
